front desk staff was not just friendly but helpful. On the 3rd evening we couldn't get in the door because the security latch had swung shut. The front desk lady came to the room and showed us a trick to unlatch the security latch so we could get in. Otherwise the room was lovely, beds just right for firmness, air conditioner was the quietest we've experienced in years. Floors were so clean we could wear white socks and never get any dirt on them. Breakfast room was large and well appointed.

Breakfast relied almost solely on waffles, bagels, and toast, and I can no longer eat heavy starches. So all there was to eat were hard boiled eggs and yogurt.

The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty space in the bathroom. As well as the room. I liked how long the breakfast lasted for. The waffles always complete a stay.

I wish there was some sort of heads up about the construction. It was a bit annoying, but hey it didn't affect me much as i was still able to park at least. The shower controls were a little confusing compared to others.

Breakfast was spot on! Staff was exceptional and went out of their way to accommodate or answer any inquiries.

TV Remote & TV were not very functional but it wasn't that big of a deal since I had my laptop & wifi for streaming. Live TV worked but that's it, and the volume did not work on remote or TV buttons so we were stuck at one level of sound while watching.

I enjoyed the cleanliness, the peace, the warm welcome, and the last minute accommodations. I reserved the wrong room and it was fixed in 5 minutes upon arrival. I loved the location being off of the main highway and very discreet, as I am a local and I don't want everyone in my business.

The elevator took a long time, but it was a reason to get in my steps and use the stairs!

This place was a gem! Super affordable, I booked it at the last minute late in the evening, clean room and common spaces, comfortable bed and pillows, numerous outlets, friendly helpful staff, free breakfast, even a free 24h novelty ice cream freezer in the lobby. Also very close to family I was visiting.

I wish I had discovered this place earlier

The hotel was just off of the highway, so convenient for us. The room was quiet and beds were comfortable. Pillows were a bit hard. They need to buy the Wyndham pillows that the resorts use! Breakfast was ok. The gal at the reception desk was in charge of checking people out AND for restocking the breakfast area. She was hustling!

the room. but i requested a handicap room on the first floor. i was told that it was a first come basis but i would get a room on another floor.

also i was never informed that cleaning the room had to be requested. the dest clerk informed me that there were signs posted reguarding this. but as i looked for the signs i found none.

Clean and fresh. Decent breakfast area and selection of breakfast food. Bed comfortable and nice bathroom

No maid service unless requested in advance and determined by the number of nights you stayed. Self service towel exchange if you took them to front desk. I know many places did this during Covid but come on hire more staff and offer the level of service we used to have. Also 24 he coffee in lobby but hotel ran out of coffee cups on day 1 of our 3 night stay and never got a refil. Does no one know where costco is. Coffee out of 6 ounce juice cups is poor.

The general facilities were clean and the staff friendly.

Reception didn't have a sign out or tell us that the rooms weren't cleaned daily. They used 2 single sheets instead of duvet covers on the bed, meaning the blanket was easily exposed and my Mom's blanket was dirty with either food or blood stains. My daughter slept on the pull out sofa, and we had asked in advance that it be made up with bedding. That didn't happen. We had booked for 3 adults and the room only had towels etc for 2 people.

Location was good.

The kind and nice woman behind the desk did not have enough help. Our interaction was interrupted by rude and mean customers who accused her of taking their belongings off the counter. It was a lie. The manager was called. The woman was in tears as she gave us our keys. She said this kind of thing happens every day.Suggestion: 2 employees are needed at all times and maybe a security guard. Some of these customers were very sketchy-looking. Made us feel uncomfortable, although our stay was fine.
