I was not familiar with this area of metro Denver and I liked the cute little downtown Littleton that is walking distance to this hotel. This is the cheapest place around and there are obviously some folks in transitional circumstances and such. But squeaky clean, a mini kitchenette, and did I mention the cheapest place to walk to the light rail (10 minutes). Really nice desk clerk, good room. Was surprised to find an exercise room and the equipment works.

Convenient location near restaurants and stores and close to downtown Denver. Kitchenette was really nice to have. Brand new building Staff were very nice!

The floors were sticky and dirty. I used a wet paper towel and wiped a small area and it turned black. I personally attribute it to swiffer mopping and don’t blame the house keeper I wanted to get a mop and bucket of hot water with some pinsol and clean it myself. Visually everything looked clean otherwise

Your facility was exactly as portrayed in the promotional material. That is rare. Your staff were professional, pleasant, and helpful. They even paid enough attention to our shared itinerary points to inquire specifically about how it went as we returned. Not nosy but friendly and caring. The amenities are basic but thoughtfully selected. Our daughter appreciated the fitness room. The laundry was clean and pleasant to use. Other guests were quiet and polite. We definitely will book a return visit if we find ourselves in the area again.

Would be nice to have the desk covered more during the day. We almost missed getting the iron and board when we REALLY needed it, as a result of midday closure. Whew it was close.

After leaving the ER, I was unable to use the stairs at my home and required a hotel stay for the night. I have medical issues and required an accessible room. I showed up at around 11:00pm and the manager was so kind and helpful. She made me feel welcome. The room was very clean, the bed was clean and confortable, the accessible bathroom was great, free Wi-Fi, there was a little closet for hanging clothes and drawers, a desk with chair, a lounging chair next to the bed, large TV with DirectTV and a kitchen that included a full-size refrigerator/freezer, large sink, 2 burner stove and a microwave. This hotel room was priced around $35 less than the other hotels and had way more to offer. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for business or liesure, solo, a couple or a family. Apparently, they are pet-friendly as well. I don't know anyone who works at the hotel or would benefit from this review, I just believe that it is so hard to find a decent business and staff that are worth a review, that the WoodSpring Suites in Littleton deserved praise.

The only bad thing to say is that it was a little tricky getting into the parking lot from Santa Fe North bound

The room was clean, well lit and good size. The staff was awesome 👍.

Beds were too noisy. If I wanted to reposition myself, the bed and sofa bed would make a lot of noise. They had a kid as a guest above our room that was running the whole time and I could hear every single step. They told me that the $100 hold was going to be returned to me 1-3 days, today is the 2nd day and still no money back.

Great deal offered as a new construction hotel for a week stay. Room is decently equipped for extended stays with 2 electric burners and one of the larger fridge freezer combos I have seen in an extended stay hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Not sold on the light switch motion sensors, fortunately they have a manual button. Was also hoping for a better showerhead, or maybe just a stronger water pressure, but it was still enough to use.

My daughter and I had to attend a funeral it was centrally located, new, and very clean.

No coffee makers in rooms, if you want one you have to buy. The next time I stay I will bring a microwaveable cup and coffee. Coffee is provided in lobby, but on our first day all that was left at 8 am was hot water for tea and decaf.

Dixie at front desk was so helpful! Our stay at Woodspring was clean, very comfortable, a great value. Modest but in away that suited us perfectly for this trip.

Was visiting grandson and this was only blocks away was not your fancy hotel but totally met my needs and great price for area

Nothing I’m not a fancy person simple and clean Is best!!

The location is great. Close to down town Littleton and close to restaurants.

I was awoken by the person in the room above at 2:00am and 4:30. I could also hear people slamming doors and talking loudly in the hallway at 6:00 am.
