I liked most everything. The room was good sized and the aircon worked well and not too noisily. The bed was very comfy and the bedding was high grade with no noisy mattress covers. The shower water pressure was decent. Breakfast selections were solid, lots of eggs, sausage, egg white bites, hard boiled eggs, waffles. Oatmeal had many items to add in. The coffee was actually pretty good which never happens on the breakfast buffet. The coffee that could be made in the room was excellent. The room was quiet. All the rooms are on a kind of atrium, not sure what the advantage is, perhaps it is less claustrophobic, but not a noise issue whatsoever. There is parking behind the building which gives easy access to the lobby, better than front door. The gym looked to have many machines to use, not the usually hotel gym closet. The price was better than several, the higher rating is legit. The recommended Pizza Pasta Villa nearby was quite good.

Had a billing issue, not sure if that resolved or not. Desk clerk was not very helpful in regards to it. The location of the hotel is not readily found, it is actually hidden behind the Mexican restaurant on the corner, took me a while. Signage about non-existent. There is no coffee to be had in the lobby after normal breakfast hours. It was not easy to take the stairs down to the lobby, you had to try all the stairs to see which one could also access the lobby vice directly outside. It wasn't straightforward, unless I was absolutely oblivious. The bathroom doors swing shut by design, not sure if that is a code requirement, but it wasn't always ideal.

The bed was very comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was tasty and eating area well laid out. Like the design with the atrium design. Only complaint was a slow drain in the bathroom sink. Suzie tried to plumb it, to no avail, it needs Liquid Plumber or another drain cleaner. At the end of our stay we switched to different room, same problem.

See above. We tried to extend our stay on 13 July, my wife booked Airport by mistake (thru Booking.com). She paid in advance, and could not work out a refund btw Booking.com and the properties.

Breakfasts have great variety and quality. They save so much time and hassle, as well as expense. Onsite parking was important. I think the furniture was functional and fully adequate, although my wife believes all hotels are reducing the quality of furniture to an IKEA standard. Fairfield inns are so reliable that I always look for one wherever I travel. I realize the rooms are smaller than in some of the other Marriott brands, but they meet my needs perfectly and consistently, and typically at a competitive cost for quality.

My wife suggests that all hotels seem to be reducing the quality of furniture to an IKEA standard. I don’t care as much about that, although I understand that observation. Space, comfort, maintenance, and cost are all legitimate considerations, and I’m satisfied.

Clean, good location , decent breakfast, friendly.

Pool wasn’t open during our stay. Prefer room service daily. Checked in on a Monday. When we agreed to fresh sheets on Wednesday we didn’t realize this also meant no room service at all until Wednesday (so bed not made, trash not emptied, no fresh towels). Prefer bottled water in room frig rather than having to go to lobby for water.

I enjoyed the proximity to Red Rocks Amphitheater in nearby Morrison, CO. I was pleased that it is very close to Costco, Walmart, Target, and dining establishments.

I left behind a brand-name ice pack in the room refrigerator, when I contacted the property I was reassured that it would be recovered and I'd receive a return call on my item. Days later, I am waiting for said phone call.

Place was clean and fairly quiet. Also, was in a good location.

When we arrived the woman at the counter was on the phone and didn't acknowledge us at all. When she was off the phone, I gave her my name and she said there wasn't a reservation for me. I explained we booked thru booking.com and gave her my printed out copy of our reservation. She told us we were probably at the wrong hotel. I again explained that we were not. She went in the back and another woman came out who was much friendlier and she found our reservation. The other woman basically didn't seem to care and never apologized or acknowledged that she made a mistake.

The hotel was very clean and a great value for the money. Our room was very comfortable. Continental breakfast had a wide variety of food. Employees were very friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience.

Great staff, everyone was very nice. The location was great and easy to find for a tourist. Had to use the laundry and it was very clean.

Messy coffee bar and not well stocked. Stopped twice for coffee and cups were gone. When I asked for a cup they handed me one without refilling the cups. The next person that came didn't have a cup. Also no cream, or regular sugar. Multiple days The refrigerator in the room constantly turns off. Coming home to warm water and drinks was disappointing. You could not keep food. There is a button in side that you constantly have to push to turn on.

The breakfast was exceptional with many healthy options and fruit. The bed was very comfortable and clean smelling. The room and carpet were clean and smelled new. I liked the open corridor in the middle so everything can be seen from below.

The girl at the front desk was new and very friendly but didn't know where the stairs were.

Poor ventilation in restroom. Beds say queen, but are more like full, but they give you the cubic size when viewing. I was charged for parking during my stay in July. At the time I reserved my stay-March parking was free.
