The room was clean, comfortable, mini frig, microwave & coffee maker was a plus. Breakfast was so so. Sausage links were awesome.

The heater was programmed to not to go over 74. This hotel while comfortable and clean is not worth the price. ASLO I was charged in one transaction, $100.00 for incidentals. In a second transaction I was charged the room fee + another $100.00 for incidentals which was $384.00 total (taken out upon check-in) for one night. The $100.00 incidental fee on the room transaction did fall off the next day after check out. As of 4 days after checking out, the separate $100.00 transaction is still in process. I was told it will also fall off. Most customers do not expect their accounts to be charged an extra $200.00 for a mediocre one night hotel stay. 🤔

Both people that I encountered at the desk were very nice. I’m still waiting on my refund back, but I’m sure it’s gonna be coming soon but the property was clean. The rooms were great. The only thing that would make it better if they had a Roku TV lol

I didn’t like the TV because there was never anything on lol but about the property there is nothing that I didn’t like.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size as well, not like other hotels that have smaller bathrooms to make up for the larger room. We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was great!

We were charged $20 on out deposit for no reason. We left the room in good condition and did not use anything in the room, coffee, etc. We brought our own shampoo and soap. We don't know why we were charged. This was the first stop for a long family vacation and didn't bother to follow up on the deposit charge, but we did nothing different from other hotel stays and were never charged additional at other hotels. It was an already higher priced room at almost $300/night, so it was concerning. However, we enjoyed the stay.

The staff was great the heater WS not working the air would come in instead and some times the heat but it was a clean room I had to extend my trip and the desh guy n the day is so helpful nice people

Spacious, comfortable suite. I didn’t realize I had reserved a suite, but it was very nice. Kids were happy with 2 tvs. Breakfast was better than some others: eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, toast, apples, yogurt.

The guy at the front desk never went home, he was there all day and all night, poor kid!

Our suite was extremely clean. We had a couple last minute requests which were dealt with immediately, and with kindness. The breakfast offered was very good and the kitchen staff kept the breakfast area immaculate. The entire staff was cheerful and accommodating. I plan on staying here each time I travel to this area.

I found nothing that displeased me.

Everything about my stay was exceptional, breakfast was also very good. The room was clean and had enough towels and didn't have to ask front desk for more. I liked that it was a pet friendly for my service dog.

The morning staff could have been friendlier, the evening staff offered professional kindness and were friendly.

They need to make sure there are sheets and blanket for the sofa bed when they know a family of 5 will be utilizing it. Both times we’ve stayed there we’ve had to ask for them. Also, the sofa beds need new mattresses. They are so thin and you can feel all the metal springs underneath.

Breakfast was good. There was hot waffles eggs and sausage. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was warm which we loved. It also had a hot tub for adult relaxation. Has snacks and other essential items for purchase just in case you forget something. Good location and easy to get to either mountian activities or city. Feels safe and secure. Comfortable beds and large rooms.

Would have liked an extra blanket and pillow in the room a for the pull out couch. Our daughter stayed with us for one night before dropping her at her college dorm and there was no extras for the couch pullout. The hot tub was broken for our last night there but when I talked to the front desk they did say that's unusual for this hotel and the owners are great about getting it fixed fast which is good for future refference.. We did stay here a year before and everything was in working order that time.

Breakfast was fine although the same items were served every day. I am somewhat dependent on Wi-Fi and that service was good. Location is good because it is near my son and his family as well as other conveniences like shopping.

I've stayed here several times and the housekeeping rules are confusing even to the front office staff. Housekeeping will only come every three days and only if you schedule an appointment. There should be a set reasonable schedule for housekeeping that doesn't involved action on the guest's part.
