Gym needs updated, Bike was not functional and not enough space to use the weights. Bathroom sink was quite low, housekeeping only came in once during the 4 days. Internet TV options were limited, and the TVs were on the smaller side. The staff that I interacted with were amazing, very pleasant. The suite was nice and felt welcoming for longer stays with a full fridge and 2 burner stove. I chose this location because of the location, plenty of eateries in walking distance, and the movie theater.

The staff was amazing, and the location was easy to get to. My son lost his phone, and we later found out that he had left it in the room. The next day, they sent it out to us, fed ex. It is so comforting to know that not only did this place have a family vibe with the people running it, but that they cared enough to send our lost property back to us so quickly. It is a genuine place with genuine people. Thank you, staff of residence inn. You are all so amazing!

Very clean and spacious studio with a comfortable bed, large sitting area and handy kitchen. Awesome location with five restaurants within walking distance. Also right next to an AMC 24 movie theater. Easy on and off the highway. Great hot and cold breakfast with many options.

I'm especially grateful that the rooms did not have any strong smells of cleaners or perfumes. I had called ahead to ask about that and had been reassured, but sometimes the person simply doesn't notice how strong the scents are. For me, scents can cause horrible migraines. Scent-free was great! Also, having two bathrooms was wonderful!

I liked the breakfast and the suites were a great size, I liked that it wasn’t to far from denver but in a lovely area that was quite and relaxing.

The couches and furniture were a bit stained but overall bathrooms and kitchen were clean

the room was exceptional -- clean, spacious, and exceeded our expectations. We also appreciated the fully-equipped kitchen, which added to the convenience. We will definitely return for another stay.

The size of the room. The property was clean and comfortable.

The Manager. He gave me a hard time about booking my stay through a 3rd party (in front of my family and one of his staff members).

Breakfast was good, a choice of hot and cold. The breakfast room was clean with plenty of space and the whole breakfast was done with efficiency but friendliness. Food was good

Super comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower.

The tv was hard to navigate and I wish that we would have had more cleaning service without having to beg for it.

The studio room (324) was clean, spacious and laid out great for our family thanksgiving trip from the east coast (MD). Zach who checked us in was personable, professional and didnt hesitate to ensure our stay was superior. He was so amazing. I recommended the hotel to my Aunt and Cousin (rooms 101 and 102), and they switched from the Microtel to Residence Inn thanks to Zach!
