It was really a good breakfast and it was close, which helped since I did not have a vehicle at the time.

Quiet, nice rooms, clean rooms, close to eating places. Plenty of places to choose from that are close.

The light over the bathroom sink in room 206 was out and I reported it the first night and stayed 3 nights. Maintenance never showed up to fix during my stay and not sure if it will be fixed even after I left.

First that they charged a $100 deposit to ensure you left room in good condition. Turns out we found out from corporatethat they are NOT supposed to be doing that. Then we had a family emergency & had to leave early. We requested a refund for 2nd night since we would have barely checked in for that night had we just arrived, but were told no. When we called to file a complaint we found out that they didn't even check us out until the following day. Even though we had a receipt saying we checked out the day before. We supplied a copy to corporate. Place was nice & quiet. But the fact that they were charging deposits to earn extra cash on side & then charge an extra night when we aren't even there is way beyond deceitful. They have no human decency or compassion. We would have thought they would have issued a refund as we were looking into booking again for longer stays as our family is moving up there. For that reason alone we will never stay there.
