Pros: they set us in a room in a corner right across the ice machine, as we were traveling so that was very helpful. The beds were comfortable and I felt very rested all 3 days I stayed. Walgreens, Walmart, simple fast food, Starbucks is easily accessible with a short drive. There was always plenty of hot breakfast, and if not they were quick to refill what was out. The shower pressure was really nice. Bathroom was spacious.

Cons: upon arrival checking my bed as one should do, there was a ton of hair on my bedding. Loose hair, not the kind that you wash and it gets half caught in the fabric of the sheets and comforter. Women’s hair, short hair, just a bunch of hair. We asked housekeeping to kindly replace our bedding. They rolled their eyes and whispered to each other while changing the bedding. I tipped them and they took it and left. No thank you no eye contact. The first night there a lady was screaming down the hall, police arrived there was domestic violence case. Pull out couch was covered in hair and random stains with no sheets. Along with white stains on the couch. We had to reorganize the room because we needed the pullout couch to fit.

The property is located in a nice area, easy access to highway and down the road from really nice views. We enjoyed the park nearby. The overnight older lady and older man were awesome! They helped us with anything we needed. They accommodated us and were always friendly. We never had a bad moment with the staff. The restrooms outside of the rooms down at the lobby were always clean. The pool area was nice our kids and I really enjoyed it. The hot tub was awesome. Parking was free and very safe area. We really enjoyed our stay overall. We were a 3 room group.

The beds were not comfortable. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The ac wouldn’t work in the day time but at night it was very cold.

Clean and comfortable, staff was very pleasant; when we asked to use the pool/hot tub, they didn't complain about it being late and opened it early and allowed us to work out before leaving in the morning for another long day of travel. Breakfast was very good. Comfortable and good nights rest. Fairly quiet

only thing was there was an article of clothing in the room from previous tenant. It had fallen in between the furniture so it was an easy miss by housekeeping. Some of the lightbulbs were not working. Staff was quick to respond. One of the electrical outlets wasn't working

Location, staff and general cleanliness and upkeep. I did love that you only cleaned our room every 3 nights. Such a waste to clean daily.

The breakfast area was not kept clean. The trash can out front was overflowing the entire time we were there. The bed was right in front of the air conditioner and made it hard to sleep comfortably. Fire alarm went off one morning and we had to leave before we were ready. Had to get ready for our day at Starbucks.

Loved the value, location, pool/hot tub and appreciated some exercise and weight machines in the fitness center. Breakfast was always good, plenty of variety! This was our second stay when visiting in Longmont. Better value than other lodging nearby. Bed also was comfortable - important to us.

Would have preferred not to have to ask for daily housekeeping, but they may be short staffed in this economy, or not everyone wants their room tidied up. Not really a big deal at all. We always got what we needed!

This hotel was in the perfect location for us to be able to easily visit family. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facility is very clean. The temperature control in the room was perfect and we were able to sleep quite comfortably.

The breakfast was okay, but we were there several days and there was no variety. One of the treadmills didn't work, but the attendant was very nice.

Nice place. Quiet and set off the highway. Clean location. I came here just to chill for a weekend while running some errands. Nice and quiet because all the skiers/boarders were elsewhere or had moved on. Some people on my floor were very loud, a group of young guys. I could hear their music and speech through the walls. Otherwise, it was great.

Everything was superb. Apart from the noisemakers I noted above. A little weird none of the older folks on my floor called in about them or staff didn't check on the guys making the noise.

The room (King Suite with One King Bed) was comfy; narrow at entrance but spacious otherwise, with a sitting area and a working desk. The bed was very pleasant and afforded quality sleeps. There was ample free parking and free high-speed Internet. The location was quiet. The staff was helpful.

We came to Colorado for a jubilee family reunion. Our main purpose was mountain travels. For this reason, we did not use many hotel amenities. The rest of our group stayed in Longmont, and the hotel was unexpectedly far away from it. But otherwise its location was convenient (interstate, gas, etc.) The use of the Internet was kind of scary because it was completely open with no privacy. We had to be careful (for example, couldn't check our banking accounts). There was no suitcase stand to put our luggage.

The first thing is that when I walked up to the front desk Lisa was smiling at me when I went to check in! I had never stayed at a Comfort Suites before. She made sure that the kids baseball team were all on the first floor and I was on the 3rd.

It was in a good location and the entire room was clean.

Everything… The Staff was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I loved the property and it felt very comfortable hence the name. I would certainly stay again. Great job

Liked everything but if I have to list something is that the Sundries Store and breakfast should have more of a variety
