I checked in during a big snowstorm. Several other guest were coming in all at once, the phone was ringing off the hook. Yet the woman at the front desk was still so kind and attentive to each guest and each person who called. I was blown away from her level of service at such a crazy busy time for her. Also, breakfast was great. I came in a bit late and they were already cleaned up. However, she came out of the kitchen and asked if there was anything I wanted. She brought me out a bagel and fruit. Above and beyond with all the staff during my entire visit. I will be staying here again when in town for business. Thank you!!

the room was clean.

the property is “closed” between 8 pm and 9am. so you have to call an operator, they then call the property, someone comes out to check you in. it was 10-15 minutes of being on hold and waiting for the person at the motel to come out to check is in. for a more expensive motel it was cheaply furnished. there was only 1 bar soap. no shampoo or conditioner, no Kleenex or paper towels. no bath mat. no hand towels. parking is very limited. I have stayed at much cheaper motels that were 10xs better

Location was easy on/off I-25, with plenty of eating options around. Also close to coffee shop, gas stations and grocery stores.

The receptionist the kindness they showed me in always looking out and helping me as well

Quietness of the room I was in and a few of the guest that stayed here were very friendly and it was a pleasure to get to know them
