If you need to stay somewhere for 2 weeks or more that is relatively reasonable price this is the place. There are many places nearby for just about anything you could need.

I honestly can't say anything negative about the place. They do allow pets so you may here someone's dog barking at night a bit but other than that very good.

Staff is great, rooms are comfortable and stocked with basic amenities. Great location. Also free use of laundry facilities just bring your own detergent.

The side door entrance was constantly being wedged open and left unattended and no visible outdoor cameras. The con side of the free laundry is that there are slobs anywhere you go, it’s understandable the staff can’t police the area on a consistent basis so maybe larger colored waste receptacles with slight nudging signs not to be a slob 😉

Orlando is the life blood of this place. If it was not for him I think the hotel would fall apart.

Some of the other staff. Multiple times said they would do something. Never got done. Orlando would come in the morning, ask him, and it was done within the hour.

We were able to bring our dog, they had lots of green spaces surrounding the hotel, the kitchenette was super helpful to have for extended stays.

The rooms are not very sound-proof. We were on the first floor and it sounded like a heard of elephants on the floor above us.

Clean and good location

While the people at the front desk were friendly, I was traveling with a family group and we sometimes wanted to meet in the lobby to talk and discuss plans before heading out for the day. The TV in the lobby was always at a very high volume making it hard to talk. We had to ask several times to have it turned down.

The room is clean and spacious. Pretty new. A nice hotel.

The location is too far from the Rocky Mountain park. There is no breakfast provided by the hotel. There is kitchen in the room. But the stove does not work. The staff told me he can give me a discount for the second night. But when I check out they charged the full price.

Generally, a nice and quiet hotel. The kitchenware is a little scarce. You have to do your dishes after every meal in order to have some for the next meal. There is a full-size dishwasher, but it doesn't make sense to run it twice a day.

I liked the location, I liked all the food options and how close I was to a store for more food options. The room was a great size and met my needs and expectations

I understand that housekeeping does not come every day, this was fine by me. However my kitchen upon arrival didnt have anything to wash the dishes with ( was able to get from front desk who was very helpful.) Also when they did come in for housekeeping they then took my dish rag and kitchen towel, but didnt replace it. They also did not replace or refill the coffee. Which I had already used up. ( I did also go to front desk and ask for more of this, very helpful)

The rooms were very spacious and clean. I liked that the washer and drier were free, but you did have to pay for detergent which was sold for $1 in the small store they have. They provide free popcorn, coffee, and tea. My room had a fantastic view of the mountains and I was in close proximity to many restaurants and grocery stores.

Kitchen utensils were very poor. My room only had 1 bowl. The kitchenette has a dishwasher, but the hotel only provides one packet of dishwasher soap and does not refill this when cleaning the room. They also don't provide a sponge, but they do provide liquid dish soap? The chef's knife that was provided couldn't even cut a potato. There's a glass cutting board as well. They do allow you to borrow things like air friers and crock pots which is nice.
