We arrived a few hours before check-in, but the receptionist was welcoming and helpful - she checked if our room was ready, and it was. We were promptly given our room keys along with helpful details about the hotel’s services. A lovely start to our stay. The room itself was of a very high standard, with clear attention to detail and quality in both design and comfort. The hotel also features a large, secluded outdoor area - a perfect spot to sit back, relax, and unwind. It’s absolutely beautiful. Additional highlights include a pool and jacuzzi, as well as easy access to downtown Boulder and the main highways.

Breakfast isn’t included, which was a bit disappointing - especially considering the hotel’s standard. While there’s a Starbucks on-site, sometimes you want more than a milky coffee and an overpriced, bland sandwich. Also, while the hotel and rooms are undeniably high quality, the price felt a little steep. The standard is good, but not quite enough to fully justify the high rate.

The room was spacious, had a balcony, easy to get to. There was a hot tub and pool and plenty of outdoor furniture. The location was quiet and easy to get to our vacation destinations. Nice basecamp to relax at.

Utensils in the room would have been nice since we had a suite, we ate in a couple of times. We were able to go down to the restaurant and borrow some without difficulty though. One morning, the hot tub was disgusting. I am assuming that someone got in it with lotion or something as there was lots of foam and dirt in the foam (I have a hot tub at home so I am guessing). Nothing that the staff probably could have done differently. Guests - remember to shower before you get in as a courtesy to others!

We love the staff! My Wife had surgery on her knee before we arrived and they were proactive and very helpful in getting us into an accessible unit. They were also knowledgeable about the area and how to get about easier. The hotel restaurant had excellent people as well! Breakfast was crowded, but they worked diligently and kept a friendly and polite demeanor and pushed out all the meals. We would gladly stay here again - a great hotel with great people!

We were happy with everything. Nothing to dislike

The room was clean spacious and comfortable. I really liked that we had two separate thermostats for the bedroom and living room. The hotel is located near the highway and just outside of the busy area of town.

The hotel itself was nice but they needed more ice machines and better selection of onsite food. One morning I had to.go to all three floors and both sides of the building to get enough ice for my drinking cup.

The room was nice and comfortable. The hotel was in a good location. We liked that the room had a refrigerator and that the sink was outside of the rest of the bathroom. The property had places to gather inside and outside.

It would have been nice to have a mirror that wasn't in the bathroom or the sink area. We had 4 people and that area got a little crowded. The air conditioning fan didn't have an "on" position so that we could keep the fan running, so when it stopped at night it woke us up.

Comfortable rooms, clean, easy parking, friendly staff, nice lobby area including the outdoor patio, overall reasonable rate on a Friday night.

Distance to restaurants and activities. Service at the onsite bistro both at the bar in the evening as well as for breakfast is mediocre. Very costly breakfast options for what other places essentially offer for free.

Excellent location -- so easy to get back and forth to campus and to all the errands I needed to run. LOVELY staff -- the young adults who staffed the front desk and the bar were attentive, friendly and very helpful. I complimented the manager and told him that his staff's customer service was excellent. One went out of her way to make oatmeal for my son (who had a fractured jaw), despite that it was not breakfast. Nice bar -- good cocktails -- kudos to the young gentleman who made my old fashioneds.

Cleanliness, location and peaceful

Since it was Booking.com booking there was a confusion about the payment . Hotel reception had charged successive amounts until a total is reached instead of one time payment with the credit card I submitted at the check-in. Not a big problem but it was a bit uncomfortable!

It was very clean and everyone that I interacted with was very kind and helpful.

There was so much heat on in the hallway and entryway that I could not spend any time in the common area or bar/restaurant. I am from Arizona and it was uncomfortably warm. It spilled into our room which was on the first floor and it made sleeping difficult due to the heat.

John was great in getting us a nice room. Quiet and relaxing hotel. Nice pool and spa and laundry facility since we stayed a week. Coffee in the morning downstairs as well as breakfast and dinner. Would stay again.
