This hotel was neat and clean and included a kitchenette in my ample room. The bathroom was well stocked with amenities and the shower was hot and had plenty of pressure. Overall, a very good place to spend the night before heading to the airport.

This room included a refrigerator which emitted a very hearty hum. Turning it off was an easy fix. The location is also a little complicated to get to; you turn as if you are going into the Amazon warehouse but turn left along the frontage road and go under the road through a short tunnel.

The comfort of the suite. Clean and spacious. Rooms were nice, and beds were comfortable. Staff was nice and friendly (forgot front desk name). Easy check in and out. Good location with easy hwy access. Will plan to stay for future visits.

No major issues. Just the bathroom shower had shower curtain that was slightly short, so water was everywhere after we used it. We only stayed the night, but any longer would probably be an issue as the floors in the bathroom got pretty wet.

The staff were super friendly, the room was very clean and spacious, we didn't use it but the kitchenette was nice and well equipped.

This isn't the hotels fault but there was a LOT of loud traffic noise very early in the morning which made it difficult to sleep. Also the ceiling in the bathroom started to drip water when the person above us was showering. But that didn't cause us any problems.

I went to shop at the outlets. The hotel was very close to there. Wonderful staff 👏 👍 great room, very clean and the bed was so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay again.

People above me were very loud leaving in the am, but, I realize there's nothing the hotel could do about that. I turned over and went back to sleep.

Connie Schmidt is an awesome customer service rep, she was most helpful with my billing and room issues and took care of the problem quickly after many problems with front desk staff.

I was over charged at check out over what my room resevered for with booking. On top of that I was informed hours before my stay that my 2 queens were not available for my stay. Connie took care of both these issues quickly and to my satisfaction

housekeeping once a week. had to go get towels, and garbage was not picked up, coffee was hot water on our day of departure. looked forward to that cup for the road that didn't happen

The room was very nice and bed very comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Free washer and dryers was very nice too.

I had to ask after day 3 for fresh towels. Not sure how many days go by before room service comes in.

No frills. But large room with 2 queens, strip complete kitchen. Great staff. Dining shopping next door. One block from hiway. Our second stay!

Better selection of snacks in ‘store’. But not an issue as large convenience store is next door ( and of course 1/2 the price)

Good central location for our needs, washing and dryer use at no cost, good convenient facilities for our dog, helpful staff, small but fully equipped kitchen.

Broken garbage disposal that caused kitchen sink to drain extremely slowly, but staff was very apologetic and added points to our account to compensate, without being asked, as there was no maintenance employee on site to immediately rectify the issue.

The hotel and room was super clean and intuitively appointed with everything a traveler may need in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the property is in a very safe area with access to plenty of dining and shopping choices.

The only thing lacking in this property was a breakfast. A continental breakfast would have earned a perfect 10/10 score from me. However, there were snacks for sale near the front counter, so it still earns the 9/10 score I gave.
