Kudos to Matt. Excellent service at check in. Friendly and helpful. Lovely king suite. Comfy bed. Well appointed. Quite. Breakfast was great. Fresh ground coffee dispenser.

House keeping. Three out of the four days we were there, we returned to our room between 3:30 and 4 and the room was not made up. The fourth day I specifically asked it be done early as we had an event to get ready for by 4 pm. I could not speak with any of the housekeeping staff because they didn't speak English.

The room was clean and quite comfortable. There was a mini fridge to store snacks and a comfortable chair in addition to the desk. The shower had hot water and food pressure. Breakfast was simple but good. The breakfast area was kept very clean. It was within walking distance of several restaurants and other amenities.

The main negative was the gym. It was very small and quite smelly. It was next to the pool, so the gym just smelled damp and heavy, which made working out unpleasant.

Breakfast had both hot and cold options. Staff was friendly. The hot tub and pool were great after long hikes. Bed was very comfy. Location was not far from grocery store, restaurants, and main road.

Check-in took over 30 minutes which seemed a bit long. There were a fair number of folks checking in at the same time (about 2:00 pm) and only one front desk staff but it seemed someone could have come out to assist for a few minutes. The carpet in the room held smells from a pet so deeper cleaning of carpet after a pet's stay is recommended.

It has a really fun pool with a slide. Our room was spacious and clean.

We had to wait for the room to be cleaned, even though we arrived an hour after the check-in time. Breakfast had hard and stale pastries and the pancake maker was inconsistent. The rest of the food was great! The pool also ran out of towels.

I think we've found our favorite place to stay when we come visit family in Longmont. The hotel was quiet and clean. The bed was a little too soft for us, but it was still nice. The pool was the best one we've found in Longmont! The grandkids loved the waterslide!

The pool, breakfast, beds, basically everything was great! We had a wonderful time.

My only complaint would be the shower, it wasn’t very warm no matter when we ran it, morning or night. And the shower head was of poor quality. But it worked! It wasn’t necessarily cold! Everything else was beyond great.

The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. If we needed anything, they responded immediately. The location was perfect with many eating options close by. The pool was really great for kids.

The breakfast was mediocre. Nothing fancy. The elevator door squeaked.

Picked this hotel based on price & the pictures of the pool! Good value for price & nice to have parking/continental breakfast included. My family enjoyed the kiddie pool w/frog slide & the big pool’s water slide. Parking on-site was readily available & nearby plenty of shopping/restaurants.

Few large stains on the carpet in our room (maybe nail polish?)- I think it’s time to replace the carpet.

The king suite was nice and had a comfortable bed. The shower pressure was like a fire hose if you wanted it. Nice bathroom. Coffee all day.

Don't get the room overlooking the indoor pool.

Stay was great - we were there for 3 nights. The staff was more than helpful ! My grandsons loved the pool!

Breakfast was marginal - offerings were not great - it was edible but could have been better.
