Nice location, especially after driving through Fort Collins area to get there. Hotel is walking distance to some shopping (Sprouts Market, restaurants) & driving distance to other nearby shops/restaurants if/as needed Room was great! Everything I needed: comfy bed and good shower pressure. Parking right out front of the hotel and around it. Felt safe.

Breakfast was fine. I think the person in charge of it might have been understaffed since a lot of things had run out only 20-30 min after the breakfast began, which is fine. Waited around for a bit to see what might be replenished, but couldn't stay much longer since I needed to get on the road. Noticed there was some hair around the room (in the shower and on one of the pillows on the bed).

Very nice, clean room. I felt the bed was comfortable. Fee incl. breakfast and I found it to have a nice variety of choices and Excellent coffee!! Dark roast. The staff was very friendly and professional. Free parking. Whole Foods across the street, Sprouts next door. A couple of miles from downtown area, but quiet, nice, safe feeling area.

I really have to reach to think of something. The pillows weren't my fav, but that's such a subjective opinion. Really a comfortable hotel.

When I come for business trips I need a clean room, comfortable bed and a hot shower. I got them all! There was also a nice pool and jacuzzi that I wanted to try but was too tired every evening. There are some decent places to eat at a walking distance. I liked they had cold water with lemon and hot coffee and tea all day long.

There isn't much to do at this location. Without a car and some drive you don't have anything to do. It even took the Uber about 20 minutes to arrive each morning. The breakfast wasn't the best.

From Front Office Team, Dinning Team, and the Housekeeping Team --> They are amazing especially the Front office ones (Al, David, and the 2nd/3rd shift lady) They are all so helpful.

Men room next to the lobby needs more attention especially the cleanliness and keeping the supplies available at all times

I was impressed that the breakfast included healthy options like gluten free bagels and turkey sausage. There were ample supplies and a large variety of options.

We shortened one of our trips to the hot tub when a family with three children allowed the school age children to repeatedly dive in an unsafe manner. When I reported it to the front desk as we went back to our room, the desk person said he would deal with it. There are ample signs stating no diving, so people just need to respect those requests.

Better than most complimentary breakfasts and staff was great. Layout and design was excellent, including an available patio. Location was such that you could walk to buy anything that could be needed. A simple thing like a patterned shade showed the attention to detail to make our stay important to Fairfield.

A towel rack to hang wet towels would have made drying our towels easier.

Excellent staff! Amazing service! Could do better on housekeepers. Sometimes the room wants cleaned properly. Besides that breakfast was amazing and customer service was excellent. You just have to hope you get a housekeeper who actually wants to clean.

Breakfast was good and my husband and I did enjoy staying with you guys.

A microwave in the rooms,even tho one is located on the downstairs for use it just not as comfortable if it was inside the rooms. This do not defeat all the other good that you guys provided and it is not a major problem.

We have enjoyed our stays here very much. Since at times we have had to be in the area an extended time, the lower fare for the extended stay was very helpful for us. We have stayed in many hotels; this has been our favorite.

At times we found some trash or stains in the hall or grounds. This is not typical but has occasionally happend

The hotel was in the perfect location for our overnight. There were many restaurants nearby. I loved how quiet the hotel was.

There was only one towel in the bathroom. There were two of us. We didn't need an extra and would have asked we did. The furnace had a loud click before it turned on.
