Facility was very clean, it smelled fantastic! Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! All of the staff were so friendly, always a smile on their faces and a greeting when they saw us! The staff was extremely helpful, elevator was unavailable, I was unable to use the stairs, they made a ground floor available for me which was very much appreciated! They accommodated our whole family late in the evening in the lobby for an evening of fun and visiting!

The receptionist was warm and we were able to get into our rooms within 15 minutes, which was fabulous considering the very busy CU Graduation Class of 2024 weekend! The beds were nice and the bathrooms were excellent....also close together, but quiet. The coffee was great....friendly.

Very quiet and comfortable rooms. Ours was a king accessible suite. We had plenty of room the bathroom is quite large with a Rollin shower and bench. It's not easy to find rooms like this. The breakfast was ok but needs peanut butter. Cinnamon rolls are nice. Staff is great.

The pool is quite small but very well maintained. The temperature is perfect too. Where's the hot tub? We had some problems with our keys working but the staff was quick to fix it. I thought I was making a reservation for Longmont Holiday Inn. This one is on Hwy 119 and Interstate 25.

The room was very nice and the hotel in general was very nicely done. Breakfast was excellent.

My one observation is that noise travels in the hotel. For example, I could sometimes hear the people above my room talking.

New hotel, nice rooms, and great beds. Room was clean when we arrived. Breakfast was also good.

Expected to have full breakfast everyday, but somethings area available only every other day, like Bacon and Scrambled Eggs. So they alternate them with cheese omelets and turkey sausages. I expected to have everything everyday.

Everything. They even told me to take an apple and orange for the trip. So very friendly and helpful. Hot tub was 👍

Hot tub needs to be filtered better. Sin floating on top not unusual just needs to be filtered better

The location was great. Easy access to restaurants and surrounding towns.

The pool was a little chilly. Also, I thought the room appeared more spacious online.

I liked the location, the cleanliness and the bed was very comfortable.

There was no food left at the continental breakfast at 9 a. m and we were told it was open until 10. And we started out with 3 big towels but when housecleaning was done we only had two for the next day. Also there was no blow dryer and no writing tablet in the room like there used to be.

People are friendly and nice. The property is clean and nice to stay.

it’s aggravating when you hear them closing the door from the other room, it’s so loud and not just once, 4x to 5x in one time you can’t tell if there’s children playing in and out from the room, they should fix their door or have a door stopper or anything to avoid that noise. And one night somebody banging on our window like crazy then heard doing the same thing next window and that scares me. Now I realize that’s the disadvantage if you’re on the first floor.

The rooms were modern, clean, comfortable. Loved the microwave and fridge (not all hotels have these). The pool was great, kids loved it. The coffee/tea in the lobby available 24/7--awesome! The complimentary breakfast buffet--also awesome! Thank you for all of that. Asked for late checkout--our ride was not picking us up until 2:30, we were able to get a 1:00 checkout---with 6 young children, that was very very helpful.
