Very spacious room with enough storage options making a longer stay convenient. Loved the kitchen option making our stay as healthy as possible as we could cook our own meals. Despite the issues mentioned below it was the most comfortable stay we had in the region and would book again next year.

On the first day the staff wasn’t very helpful when we mentioned all the issues we experienced in our room. The cleaning team had missed all the black hairs in the wall in the bathroom. It was disgusting. Also the sewage didn’t seem to work well, making the shower overflow into the Livingroom and the sink did not empty. Luckily in the second day the sink issue got fixed. Though the wall was still not done. On the third day the manager (?) excused himself and gave us a free night.

Very clean! Beds were comfortable. Nikki, the night desk person, was always smiling and super helpful. Dereck, the manager, is very professional and I watched him jump in to help his staff at breakfast and he was always kind and attentive. He also went out of his way to ensure his staff were doing ok and had what they needed. Very well run hotel. Pool was warm, gas fire pit and grills outside were the perfect touch for our 5 day stay. We had Mountain View’s from our room

Everything was great

I stayed for 3 days in Longmont. This was my second time staying at this Home2 Suites. I intentionally chose it because my first stay was so great! The staff are well trained and definitely much friendlier than most other similar type hotel. My suite was superb, offering every amenity you could imagine. I could have easily seen myself staying a month here.

I wish there was no excess fee for parking. This seems very irregular given similar hotels in other locations.

We don't eat breakfast, although it looked good. The coffee was good, too. The hotel was in the perfect location for us. Staff was great, and the rooms were clean. We were there to see family, so we didn't spend much time in the room. We liked having a refrigerator and microwave. We wished there were another chair so we could both do some work at the table in the morning, but that wasn't a big deal.

Booking dot com had messed up my reservation, they had transposed my first / last name so upon checkin there was no reservation showing for me. However the Gentleman at the desk was very patient and helpful. We were able to get things sorted out through booking and he gave me a free parking pass for the two days for my trouble. Breakfast was not that great, very small selection. The rooms however were one of the best I have stayed in.

Our suite was comfortable, very nice interior, kitchenette, bathroom. All worked well for the week we stayed there. Receptionists and stuff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with variety for everyone. Loved the living plants in the big hall. They take care for them and always nice to see real plants, not fakes. Nice touch to have a board in the hallway stating weather and other useful informations. Drawings were cute! We would go back again! Thank you!

It was all good.

Shannon helped me so much on that first day when they did not have the booking info from booking.com, even though I had clear information, ie. confirmation number, booking number. I had to wait 2 hours, but Shannon was fantastic. All the other staff were helpful and polite.

I didn't like that I had to wait 2 hours to get in a room ,even though I had a confirmed booking from booking.com.

Very impressed with the accomodations. Everything was very clean and ready for our stay. Really like having the kitchenette available for our use. That was super helpful.

We were surprised to have to pay extra to park our car at your facility. Seems kind of obvious that people will need to drive to and from your location.

I love the suit layout especially the little kitchen

I was not happy with the breakfast choices, nothing in the heated container tasted good or even looked appetizing. I prefer the buffet style warmed food. I do wish they had a king bed option

Loved the layout of the large rooms. Unfortunately we were too busy to use the pool, exercise room or swimming pool, but it all looked great! Also loved the fact that we could walk right around the corner to Le Peeps, one of our favorite brunch restaurants!

The request new towels situation. It wasn’t clear what to do with the dirty towels. Also, we requested our room to be cleaned on day two of our four day stay and only got new bath towels. So we were out of hand and wash towels day three and four. Obviously no big deal because we never let the staff know. But you asked! 😀
