There was a beautiful view of the St Vrain river and Greenway from our room on the backside of the hotel. There are miles of nice, paved trails along the river, out the back door of the hotel. A tip: some who booked thru Booking.com said they did not receive free breakfast as is stated. I asked at the front desk when I checked in and received a coupon for the free breakfast buffet. It's important to do that. Otherwise you'll be charged $15 each.

The hotel is great overall, but is starting to show some wear and tear. The carpet in our room was torn at the front edge. Overall, this hotel is still much nicer than lower tier hotels.

The hotel room was clean and the furnishings were modern and sleek. I appreciate the little conveniences such as soap for the shower that comes pre-installed on the wall and the fully stocked coffee bar. I had to spend 4 nights here and all of them were wonderful. Close to lots of different places to eat, yet tucked away just enough so there wasn't a lot of through traffic. Hotel staff were had a warm and kind demeanor. The nightly room rate makes this place a steal!

The mini-fridge was a bit weak, had to turn it up from the default value to provide cooler temperatures for my left overs. The smart TV inside the room turns into a more or less dumb TV because you can't unlock its functionality like casting video from a portable device. I understand the security precautions, it would be great though if the hotel generated a random key for your TV and provided it to you as part of the room.

The rooms are very comfortable and quite spacious. There is a microwave and small fridge (very helpful). The room and the complete facility is extremely well maintained, very clean. I found the wing i was in quiet. There is a pool, laundry and fitness room here (not used). The grill is available for breakfast only - and they serve an excellent meal - i attended every morning. There is a bar as well (not used). The hospitality area is together in an open area that is spacious inviting you to kick back and read a book - its really comfortable. All the staff that i interacted with were friendly, professional and caring (food services, room services, front desk and maintenance). It is within walking distance to various restaurants and shopping businesses. If you have the stay i had, you will not be disappointed. I would recommend the Hilton Garden Inn - Longmont and look forward to staying here the next time i need a spot.

I would like management to register each vehicle that parks with a client. One vehicle’s horn kept on going off 5-10+ mins at a time, but there was no way to trace the owner and have them deal with it.

Clean and good amenities

With the exception of the breakfast staff in the restaurant, the staff was less than welcoming. Had to come back down after I checked in because my keys had not been programmed properly. When my husband asked about Happy Hour/hours of operation for the bar area the front desk staff did not give him a verbal response but instead grabbed a placard with the information and slammed it on the desk in front of him. Very rude and unprofessional. By the way, we were the only ones checking in at the time so it was NOT busy.

I loved the location of this property! This location is one of the only hotels located on this side of town in Longmont. Right across the way you have excellent food options (I love Red Frog for a morning coffee and bagel) and it was a 5 minute drive to my in laws home. If you are traveling to Longmont to see family, this is the spot to be. It is near all the new commercial spots and near most residential homes. It is also away from Main Street and the mall so it is quieter and less homeless hanging around.

Checking in there was only one individual helping a line of 5-6 groups of people which made check in time long.

Overall it was pretty quiet even though there were many groups staying there which surprised me. There is a choice of a hot or cold breakfast - eggs, bacon, oatmeal, waffles, cereal and, our favorite, lots of fresh fruit - like pineapple, watermelon and various berries. Great way to start the day and it was hot and ready at 6:30 AM. It's also close to shopping and a quick jump on to the interstate. Rooms are modern and beds were comfortable.

We stayed there for 8 days, so would have been nice to see some kind of change up in the breakfast, but overall, most people probably do not stay that long.

It was fantastic. Friendly staff, very nice relaxing atmosphere. Extra bonus for complimentary extended checkout since I was celebrating my birthday and needed a little extra time the next morning.

The smell of the sheets and towels bothered me a bit, only because it’s “industrial wash”, so the fabric has a distinct smell. But it was very clean, so it was not anything I couldn’t handle.

Everything, except the cancellation really put me in a bind. Took the booking. com advice for a comparable site, that was not comparable at all. Paid for the second hotel without seeing it first, and absolutely hated it when I arrived. So ii canceled and made a different reservation with Hilton, and was charged 50.00 more with a lot of extra drama that was completely unnecessary.

Part of the staff, and have not been refunded first booking that was supposed to be refunded by now.

The location of the dining facility was great and the breakfast offered everything anyone could ask for. The food was very good, and the dining facility was beautiful.

The room was comfortable and warm. I noticed the sealant between the tube and tile floor was crumbling and there was a separation of the dry wall behind the toilet to the left. This surprised me for a Hilton Hotel. But everything else was clean and nicely decorated.

Room is confortable big, beds are good. I liked the pool after a hot day. Guest loundry is usefull. We were on a longer trip. Our neighbor were really loud even we asked staff to call them. Nevertheless we received an other room for the next nights so staff was really helpfull, apologized and solved our problem! thanks
