Our daughter lives in Louisville so when we travel there frequently to see grandchildren's activities. We always stay at this hotel because it's convenient to the location of our daughter's home. We KNOW what to expect. We can bring the grandkids back to swim or stay with us for a grandparent 'sleep over'. It's the greatest place........except when Colo U has it's Parent's Weekend and Graduation. Rooms are impossible to get, even if we plan early. But, we stay at a sister hotel of the Marriott when this happens.

The mattress was too old! too soft ! It needs replacement! Also the pillows could be better , more like the quality of pillows we are used to in other Marriott hotels. Also will be nice to have tea bags in the room in addition to the coffee.

This hotel was perfect for our handicapped needs! The staff were extra helpful & friendly. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool.

We had initially reserved a room online that did not comfortably fit my husband’s wheelchair. Upon arrival, Staff suggested another room & went to work on getting that category room ready for us. Excellent service!

Breakfast is pricey. Staff at happy hour recommended we not eat or drink there - kind of soured what was otherwise a great experience.

Location and staff.

We had a small room compared to our previous stays at this hotel. The sink area was way too small, especially compared to our other rooms at this location. There was NO place for toiletries which has never been a problem in the past. Our room was 246

Lovely room, very comfortable bed. Great location for access to Rocky Mountain National Park, & for our onward journey to Moab Plenty of good restaurants nearby

The location was perfect for visiting family in Louisville and going to downtown Boulder.

The sheets were a bit scratchy.

The Starbucks Bistro coffee and food was poor

Coffee was way to strong and tasted burnt. The food was bland and processed, yuk.

Easy drive to CU Boulder. Joe was friendly at front desk. Our room was fully was comfy.

Food options were slim.

The way the property set back on the lot away from busy streets and surrounded by trees makes the location feel restful.
