Perfect location, quiet room, comfy bed, excellent shower, couch in separate alcove, fridge, microwave, kitchen sink... but no dishes. Good thing we brought our own. Breakfast was more than adequate. Recycling trash in the room! Decent selection of tv channels and good internet.

No freezer compartment in little fridge. Thermostat did not work according to the directions on the wall. But eventually the room achieved a normal temp. Fine room for two people, but pretty small compared to other "suite" options.

Room was roomy and comfortable.

Breakfast was okay but didn't have the selection I'd seen in other Springhill locations. I decided not to use the indoor pool since it was pretty small with seemingly inefficient humidity control.

The room was spacious and clean. Love the trundle bed and linens for it in the closet. That's pretty cool. Breakfast was pretty good with a decent selection.

Young Man on the front desk seemed as if I was wasting his time, during a phone call and then at arrival. We meet about 2x's a month, from Colorado Springs and from Cheyenne ,so I try to be very clear when asking questions about payment requirements, requests for check in/check out times, etc. So that we can coordinate and have as little wait time when we arrive. He rushed me on the phone and gave me misinformation, causing me to have to wait for my other guest to arrive before I could check in to our room. Then he was rude when I arrived, and again didn't seem to have time or any concerns about us as guests at all. Otherwise the trip was good, room was clean and other staff were helpful and courteous.

From the minute I walked in I was greeted by Alex. He made my check in so easy and his personality was so receptive. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I will recommend and make it a place to always come back.

No complaints

It was clean and the location is quiet. It’s close to downtown and to restaurants and shopping areas.

The bed was hard and the sheets were uncomfortable.

the pool area was small, cold and kind of depressing. No hot tub, small pool, not many places to sit.

new decor was very clean looking. Breakfast was much better quality than similar facilities.

I understand that it was remodeled recently; however there was a lack of inspection apparently. The bathroom fan did not work. Also in the bathroom above the hook, there was a piece of painter blue tape marking an unpainted area. there was confusing information or coordination about maid service. We were told if we wanted maid service, to notify the front desk. We did not request maid service yet the room was serviced in our absence even though the “sleeping sign was on the door on the second day of our stay. Last, the elevator makes a high pitched scraping sound when opening and closing.

I went to celebrate the birth of my nephew who passed away. The staff went so far out of their way to accommodate us! This was the best hotel experience I have ever had!

I can’t make a single complaint!

Workout area a little small.

The rooms and beds were very comfortable and welcoming. Restaurants very close. Breakfast were very good.

A very minor thing no ice machines.
