Coffee set up was great. Juices were not watered down, breakfast was great, all staff was helpful and friendly. Area felt safe, dog area was clean, room was spotless other than for a permanent water stain in the bathtub.

Booking.com didn’t disclose the true costs involved with the stay. The add states pet friendly. It is but at a cost of $75. Also the tax on the room seemed higher than normal. There needs to be some disclosure for pets and taxes which would of been disclosed if dealing direct with the hotel.

The breakfast was great - since we stayed a few days, it was nice that they rotated through different hot items, like omelets, scrambled eggs, sausage, pumpkin and regular waffles. The staff was very friendly and more than helpful - we unexpectedly needed a washing machine and dryer and they showed us how to use it and helped out.

Honestly, I did not enjoy the coffee on any of the mornings I had it, but that's a relatively small, subjective matter! Their was always lemon water available which was appreciated. There was some street noise one night, but we ran the fan on constant and it did not bother us at all.

We had a very good experience at Hampton Inn. The concierge was very friendly and accommodating. I had a problem with my original room and they changed it immediately. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

It would have been nice to be a little closer (walking distance shortened) to restaurants.

Very clean and comfortable! Food was excellent! The gal in the food area was very friendly as well as the housekeepers!

The lady at the desk was not friendly! Seemed like she didn’t want to be there! We arrived around 9pm I booked a king suite and she said 3rd party(booking) gave us 2 queens! She said that happens all the time! I said that was a first for me! She kind of was argumentative! She charged me the same for the queens! I thought it should have been cheaper! I told her can I at least get the ground floor I asked for and she checked and said yes!

We stayed a week over Thanksgiving. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was great, a little different each day, with tasty hot and cold selections. The staff was cordial and helpful. No complaints, we would stay here again.

The staff was friendsly, the accommodations were exectionally clean and the breakfast was really great. Good coffee was available all day.

Our room was by the stairwell, we were awoken by other travelers making a lot of noise in the early morning.

The Hampton Inn in Longmont was modern, bright, and clean. it was in a good location, somewhat near to shops and the quaint Downtown area. The room was really well laid out and very comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous, with a great selection, and all of the staff were smiling and nice.

The only thing I could recommend to improve my stay would be USB charging points in the room.

The location was perfect for us to visit my son.

The breakfast was not very good. The gravy for the biscuits was like paste. Potatoes my wife got one day were not very good either. Waffles were good, but you could use two machines.

It was clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job.

Parking was a little difficult as front parking area was narrow. Back parking area was poorly lit.

Family above us had kids jumping off the beds to the floor and running around. Was very loud!
