Comfortable 2Q room for a family of 4. The pool and the gym were in pretty good shape. Loved the options for hanging out outside in the firepit area or inside at the bar or inside near the fireplace. A lot of nearby options for food, shopping, etc. Just off I-25, convenient to get to Denver, RMNP, and everywhere in between.

We didn't ever have breakfast at the hotel because it was a little pricey at $20pp. The restaurant had inconvenient hours for dining in the evening. But we did have some appetizers served at the bar and those were pretty good.

Staff was great. I loved the black out curtains. A designated smoking area away from main entrance was very thoughtful for smokers. The whole hotel smelled nice.

The very low sitting toilets. The large gaps under the doors. The slow bumpy elevators. Pulling into property was a bit sketch at night because of neighboring properties.

The rooms were clean and the room we had was quiet. It was a great choice

I had an incident with the key card. I tried to get into my room and the key card did not work I talked to the helpdesk she said that the keys deactivated when it is by our phones that could have been prevented if this was disclosure to me prior it was very frustrating. I honestly don't understand why the key cards didn't work for us to ger into our room that night.

Hot tub

No continental breakfast. Not knowing the point system. The pool was freezing, I complained and a man at the desk said I was the only one complaining. I said if course cause I couldn't get in.

We had dinner in the dining room, and it was excellent. We got there right before it closed and they were still happy to serve us. That was wonderful.

Bathroom wasn't great but they are in the middle of remodeling them also.

I like that the swimming pool is open late, and check out it's not until noon. The breakfast is very tasty

I didn't like the fact that the patio was not up to the normal standards all three of the waterfalls were broken and shut off and all of the outdoor fireplaces were not working. And none of the pretty lights were lit up anywhere on the patio I was kind of bummed out about the patio. I really enjoy spending time outside and conversating sitting in front of the fire.

The tub could have been cleaned better and when went into the courtyard the fire pits weren't on..not sure if they go off certain times of the evening but would have been nice to enjoy

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful Cleaning staff was friendly and helpful.

Looked like they had started a repaint or remodel. In halls.

the hotel restaurant was closed for the weekend. I understand Sunday was a holiday. maybe they could have been closed just on the actual holiday.
