I recently stayed 7 nights at Universal Stella Nova Resort and had a wonderful experience overall. The resort offers great value for the price and the facilities made my stay comfortable and convenient. The room was spacious and clean. I appreciated the free shuttle service to the theme parks as it made getting around so easy. The self-service laundry was a big plus especially for a longer stay. Housekeeping did a great job each day by keeping the room tidy and fresh. One of the highlights was Cosmo Café, the on-site restaurant. It had a good variety of food options and as a Muslim traveler, I was happy to find choices like salmon with fried rice and vegetarian pizza which suited my dietary needs.

There are just a couple of small areas I think could be improved ie it would be great to have an option for liquid soap in addition to the bar soap and the shower water pressure could be a bit stronger.

Place is nice. Everything just soooo new…three weeks old resort when I checked in.

Roads around the place was under construction. Uber’s map was updated, so most drivers had issues to go there for pickup. (Roads just so new, weren’t even shown on map). I paid $130 CAD to the Uber driver who picked me up from MCO airport to the resort, because he couldn’t find the way to get there and had to circle around, at the time the Universal Dr. was packed, moving super slow. Wasted almost 40mins to find the way in, indeed uber charged me for this long mileage … supposed to pay $90CAD for the ride if there’s no road issues..

Beautiful resort- lobby is spacious and bright and as it’s a new resort it’s so clean and smells amazing. We arrived for check in at 7am to leave luggage and head to Epic Universe for early entry and our room was ready at 7am so we could get in and be park ready! The food at cosmos cafe is great- value for money, big portions. We had breakfast on both mornings and loved it. Also had dinner after we came back from Epic and again it was great value and great food. Pool is beautiful and expansive. Great hot tub too. The vibes were great and a great way to end the day after being in Epic. Used the laundry facilities also and again it was easy and the laundry room was clean and spacious. The team members we encountered during our stay at check in, the cafe and the Universal store were so friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, great design and the beds were so comfortable. Overall a 5/5 stay and I already can’t wait to come back. We love Universal resorts and Stella Nova is now high on our list of favourites.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The price we paid was well worth it for the quality and location of the hotel. Our room was spacious and cleanly. We loved having drinks at the pool bar and relaxing by the pool all afternoon!

The only downsides to this resort is that there are a lot of families (we’re a couple with no children). We wanted to utilize the hot tub one night and it was filled with children using pool noodles and floaties. We also didn’t like how the hotel rooms do not have microwaves, as we had leftovers we could not heat up to eat.

Brand new..super clean. Rooms are very comfortable but sound proofing is bad so you can hear a lot of noise from adjacent rooms and upstairs. Shuttle bus runs frequently so we never have waited for it. 20 mins to citywalk. Food is reasonably priced at the grill. Just the convenient store is pricey. The pool is huge. They have night time swims with movie, so great for kids. Good gym.

Noise from other rooms. No lotion in room. Room cleaning every 2nd day.

I have three boys and they couldn’t do anything in the pool without the lifeguards blowing their whistles, no balls allowed which seemed very over the top! We were also overcharged for duplicate items on our credit card after we had checked out. Thankfully the money was reimbursed quite quickly.

We had to ask on 4 different days to get our room cleaned, every day we had to go to reception and request it. Gave up hope after 4 days - the bathroom floor still wasn’t cleaned. We didn’t get new bedding even in an 8 day stay, towels changed once in that time

Location and pool

Unfortunately one of our party was in room 3093 which they found exceptionally noisy due to the fans on the flat roof outside the room running all night. Did not make for a good nights sleep which was a shame as we were obviously visiting Epic the next day and wanted a good nights sleep which they did not get. In addition the lighting by the bathroom kept turning on even when they were in bed.

Great location, lovely hotel

On arrival I had forgot my id, which I know is essential, however my husband had his plus I had other forms of identity, but the reception staff were rude and were not for releasing the rooms (which I had already paid for) they eventually allowed us to check in, but as a party if 8, 2 of which were 78 and 80, plus 2 children, the reception we received was poor.

The resort staff were helpful and friendly the location is perfect for anyone going for universal or Disney as both are located close "universal is pretty much right across the road"

The only thing I would possibly change is the hot tub temperature at least at night during the day it's a bit mild and at night even though it's still warm the knock off of the heat is noticed.
