The location was great, I prefer to be on that end of Waikīkī. It was actually very convenient for accessing excursions from the marina without having to take the car. It’s also the quieter end of Waikiki. The staff were amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The front desk, the valets, and housekeeping were all very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay even greeting us by name. We were a family of five that stayed for 11 nights. The queen suite was a little tight for two adults and three teenagers but it worked. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s a a little bit older and could use some updating but when you’re in Hawaii, you shouldn’t be in your room. You should be out exploring. I also wish that the room had a true mini fridge the fridge and the queen suite was extra mini and barely held anything.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. FROM THE ROOMS, TO THE STAFF, TO THE LOCATION IT WAS AT. STAF WAS SO FRIENDLY AND ACCOMADATION, THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND HAD GREAT VIEWS OF THE FIREWORKS AT NIGHT. THE RESTAURANT FOR THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS ALWAYS VERY GOOD, FRESH AND CLEAN. THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS MARIA IN THE BREAKFAST HOTEL. SHE TALKED TO US EVERY MORNING AND SHOWED US SOME COOL PLACES TO VISIT AND GAVE US GREAT TIPS. SHE CARED ABOUT OUR TRIP BEYOND OUR STAY AT THIS HOTEL. WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN ESPECIALLY SINCE ITS LOCATION IS GREAT AND PERFECT WALKING DISTANCE TO MANY GOOD SPOTS!

We liked the central location of this hotel, and it was a nice and friendly hotel

We did not like the fact that we as a family of five were forced to change to a suite. The suite wasn’t even great, the bedroom bed was a fold out couch. A family would prefer for the bedroom to be for the parents and an actual bed not a pull out couch.

The room itself, It was larger and better furnished than I anticipated. The bed was comfortable and large, S9oft furnishings were five star standard.

The reception staff could have been a little more effusive when welcoming guests, They weren't impolite but as they are usually the first contact point, first impressions count.

Everything ran well, the room was comfortable, the bed was firm, but not too firm, the facilities were clean, the dining was adequate at night and there was a good breakfast.

The noise from the Main Street was pretty loud in the room on that side of the building. Around 10 pm there was the noise of racing cars, blaring music, etc for about an hour

All the employees are wonderful & helpful. And the room was very clean & comfortable. Also as I brought my 4 year old son, pool at the hotel was a big help whenever he felt like I could bring him there to release his extra energy. Definitely worth coming back.

I really appreciated the help I got for anything I needed whether it was valet or at the counter everyone went above and beyond.

I felt valet could've been a little less expensive especially cause my dad was handicap. There was no way I could've parked anywhere other than the hotel.

Location is great

The parking fee is really crazy at nearly $60 a day for guests … I can understand charging non-guests

the location is good yet, no Bus stops in front of it or on the same street so if you will be taking a bus around which is a good value just be aware the stops are close walking distance 3-5 minutes away.

the front desk was hard to reach in the evenings between 8-9:30 pm. The tv in my room had these two lines that went across the tv. I did try to phone down to the front desk yet, it was hard to reach anyone there. I had to stop at the front desk to ask some questions that I could have asked on a phone. I did not use the text option to the property as texting out of country was an extra cost.

I loved how Bill ( valet ) gave us so much local information about beaches, tours to take and places to eat like the locals. I encourage management to start doing this to visitors. Again I very THANKFUL for Bill great customer service. I’ll return back next due to Bill.
