I liked the fact you had a choice of opening the window or using the air conditioning and you could adjust the air conditioning. The place was really convenient for the Convention Centre where the Pacific Arts Festival was held, handing to the caravan takeouts, handy with a convenience store downstairs and a little cafe, and not far from town and Alla Moana. Bathroom is a bit small and there's no place to hang your clothes but nice big and comfortable beds. Also liked the choice of having your room serviced. We didn't need during our stay as we could just swap sheets and ask for things like toilet paper ourselves. All in all good value I think.

You have a huge difference in the politeness of your receptionists. One of them needs upskilling in PR skills.

This hotel is located in the Ala Wai Canal. When I arrived there, and open up the curtain on the window. That was amazing. Some canoes were actually acting on canal, and When I woke up in the early morning, I was able to see the sunrise every day 😌 so I decided to film the time lapse with sunrise on my camera gear until sunset so many times.

Ahh honestly like, I wanted to establish the Bidet seat on the toilet. And The AC is hard to use little bit. And then you guys might should put the Hot water dispenser on the table. There’s filter coffee in the room, when I was trying to put the hot water on the instant noodles, Hot water wasn’t actually boiling in the 100 degrees. So I didn’t have happy with that then.

Location was great. Walkable to beach in a comfortable 15 mins. Restaurants/cafes/food trucks right outside hotel. Room was big and clean with an amazing view, ac and fantastic pool/hot tub. Shout out to the front desk person! So amazing, friendly, and let us check in early. So we didn't have to pay to store our bags. THANK YOU! Make sure to check out STEVE-O'S TAQUITOS out front! Best Mexican food for miles!

The bed was fitted with a plastic sheet under the linen. Its kind of noisy and it gets very hot and uncomfortable during the night. Otherwise the room was absolutely clean and perfect.

The location was good for walking Waikiki strip... I liked that there was a food truck park right next door and 7 eleven around the corner also a pizza place down stairs. The pool was on the sixth floor and you could look off the roof top and see a beautiful painting g along the hotel of a whale. I enjoyed myself there and we will go back, Would be better if there was pool towels in the room and a nicer refrigerator, but overall comfortable bed and clean room.

I didn't like that we had to exchange our bath towels to get pool towels then exchange pool towels for bath towels later. The icebox needs an upgrade .

Location on edge of Waikiki amazing. Stayed many times before. Elevators renovated makes them quicker and new jacuzzi's enhance the 6th floor elevated pool area nicely.

Stayed here under Air BnB many times with great amenities, this first time in a Hotel "Owned" unit. Amenities are a bit stingy. Need hair conditioner to match the shampoo and facial tissues.

Very friendly staff, convenient mini mart and coffee shop on the property.

The pizza shop was closed...

Got hit with another bogus $20 charge when I got here . So sad !! There should be a law against that .

Location was good, alot of shopping and food on way to beach which was just a 20 min walk.

The hotel was dated but clean and comfortable.
