The property is in a good location, a short walk to the main strip and beaches. The staff were very friendly and helpful and each morning we received a message asking whether we would like room service. The property has a small pool and sauna which we used almost everyday. The room was a good size and we even had 2 queen beds, despite only needing the 1. Overall, a good value for money hotel in Waikiki.

The bathroom was a bit outdated in our room and the tap handle was makeshift, making it difficult to use and change to hot and cold. Nothing too serious. Also, parking is fairly expensive per day and not worth it, so I parked my rent a car every day on Ala Wai Boulevard along the canal, which is free all day.

Perfect location on the edge of the hustle and bustle of Waikiki, with a peaceful park opposite and a 2 min stroll to the beach. Easy stroll into the luxe shops and high-end dining if that's your thing. The delightful bartender John, who serves in the bar at the pool on level 6 is outstanding. Charming, handsome and a generous pourer of spirits, he made my stay so much more special for the connection and.company he provided. He gave great suggestions for eateries, bars, and sightseeing, but more than that... he was a warm, welcoming and genuine bubble of positive energy, and made the level 6 pool area buzz with good vibes.

Our shower didn't drain very well and when full, it leaked onto the floor. We went through a lot of bath mats to mop it up each day. The underground parking fills up quickly, and it depends on which staff member you speak to what your options are. Kansas the concierge thankfully let us know that one block over at the Marriott they take the overflow from La Croix, and it only costs $25 overnight, not the $45 that La Croix charges.

We stayed for 10 nights. We were grateful for a complimentary room upgrade, and an earlier check in- having flown through the night. We were pleasantly surprised with the room and hotel. Staff were all friendly. We were advised of possible construction noise which may affect our stay, but it was very minimal. Location was a casual walk from shops and restaurants. Pool was nice and warm, and a good vantage point for Friday night fireworks. Handy having bus stops nearby, and an ABC store in the building. I would recommend for people wanting to pay a reasonable price for accommodation in a great area, we loved our stay. Enjoy your holiday!!

Centrally located in Waikiki Beach, La Croix is handy to everything you might need. Friendly, courteous staff ensured our stay was relaxing. Our penthouse room also provided access to the Monkeypod which is an area that supplied pastries, fruit, water, sodas and coffee. Also the “Meet the Manager” nights were an added bonus with additional snacks and alcoholic drinks being provided.

The king size bed was great but just a little too firm for us.

We were only a block from all the Waikiki action. The hotel provides prompt customer service through texting. The hotel decor is really fun and fresh.

I chose this hotel for its available parking on site. It turned out to be valet only and it was full the first night so we had to park at the Post Office and walk back. There was no mention of reserving parking prior to my arrival. There is construction across the road so be prepared for some noise.

Desk staff top notch - as good as anywhere Rooms - I booked two for myself and friends were functional and maintained. Hotel location works very well - very good access to beach and town facilities

For the price, each of the rooms needed a table for sitting down and eating, conversing - this is needed when staying for almost a week. A must for a room with a kitchenette - my main disappointment Better advice I think from the hotel about main ways to get around Honolulu by buses and various options... hard to find that anywhere including on internet. Internet connections not working all the time - often got "unsafe" connection when using La Croix guest site, Litespeed more secure. Pool nice to have but not as large as your photos and promotions suggest.

Construction at the hotel next door made the stay very loud. Working in the room next to us was very loud

our kitchenette studio was very spacious, clean, facing the park was a plus. the staff was very helpful and kind. location was perfect, near the beach and many restaurants.

the first room they gave us was facing constructions. be aware of that. if the hotel is too busy, they won’t change the room. the parking, like everywhere, is very expensive. PARK YOUR CAR IN THE STREET!

The hotel's location was perfect for my needs - it was conveniently located near all the places I wanted to visit and had everything needed nearby. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and helpful advice about the local area. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and I really appreciated their attention to detail. Special thanks to Andre and excellent customer service. The room itself was also lovely - clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed. Overall, I would highly recommend La Croix to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Honolulu. Thank you to the amazing staff for making out stay so memorable!

One area that could be improved is the hotel's wifi. While it was available throughout the property, I found it to be unreliable and slow at times. This made it difficult to get work done and stay connected with loved ones. I would recommend that the hotel work on improving its wifi service to ensure that guests have a better experience.
