Location was great, we were able to check in earlier than expected with no problem, and staff was extremely nice, courteous, and helpful. Room was clean, and good size for 4 adults, we had a great view. And UBER pick up was directly outside the hotel making it very convenient. The beach is walking distance, and hotel offers beach towels. There is a bank, convenience stores, restaurants and bars literally steps from this hotel. Air conditioner worked great, room tempreature was perfect, and a great clean hotel for the price. We called for towels and pillows and room service was always courteous and quick.

Although it was nice that the room had a balcony, they had no balcony furniture (chairs) and in the room there is only 1 chair. We were in room 403 and for some reason coffee maker only produced warm coffee, not hot. And although they did offer an iron in the room there was no ironing board. The hotel does have a pool but due to there being only shade the pool was extremely cold. There is only one pool, very little pool furniture and no hot tub. However, your in Hawaii, who needs a pool when the beach is just feet away.

One of the less expensive places to stay, but right in the heart of things. It's not the Ritz, but if you want to save a couple thousand on a room where you won't spend much time, it's plenty comfortable. Maid service was phenomenal. Always someone at the front desk with a smile and eager to please. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Next door to amazing food. Across the street for anything else you might need.

Had only 1 hiccup with WiFi and they suggested we log in to the room next door which was being remodeled. Bingo, problem solved.

Great location very central to Waikiki, beach and restaurants. Not a large hotel, there are five levels which is more personal and your not dealing with crowds of guests trying to access lifts. The swimming pool was a nice area to relax and swim without having large groups of people hanging around the pool area. If you are looking for a quieter hotel without the crowds to relax this is the perfect accommodation. They also had beach umbrellas and beach chairs available for guests to use when visiting the beach.

The rooms were a bit dated, however everything worked well. The balcony was to small to sit out on.

Location was perfect. It may not be in Front of the beach, but the fact that’s located on the Main Street, a pretty wide walkable street makes it perfect. Everything’s close. There’s an ABC store and Burger King in front, a ramen restaurant and Hard Rock Cafe on the side. It’s a 5 min walk to get to where all the big hotels, malls and all the movement is, and like a 7 min walk to the beach. Not being in the center makes it really nice because it’s apart enough of all the noise. All receptionist were kind and check in and check out was super easy. A clean and organized hotel well located near downtown!

To be honest, I didn’t dislike a single thing. Everything went perfect.

Staff were very helpful. The room had a microwave. Could see the Hilton 8pm Friday night fireworks from our balcony. Asked for a quiet room and got a fairly quiet room overlooking the pool area.

The worst thing about the accomodation was the smell, as soon as we got out of the lift onto our floor we were hit with a very strong smell. At first we thought it was a mouldy, mildewy smell, but we eventually came to realise that the smell was a sewerage smell and can only think this is because of outdated plumbing as the hotel is in serious need of refurbishment as only the reception area has been updated. Our room also had this smell which was unpleasant and we had to leave the balcony doors open most of the time. The pool area was also disappointing as there are very few chairs/lounges and there was very little shade. There is no eatery on site but we knew this before we went. We reported a faulty safe in our room and it was never fixed during our 7 night stay.

The pictures on the website does not give the hotel any justice. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are incredible. If you're on vacation in Hawaii, there is no better way to start your vacation and be welcomed by the wonderful and friendly staff of this hotel. The location is amazing, it is right across from a Gucci store. And the Louis Vuitton store is just half a block away. The beach is also within walking distance of seven minutes. The Filipina front desk was amazing! They all were.

The hotel charges for a $40 resort fee. It's NOT a resort. Aside from the swimming pool there are really no amenities. NOTHING. So I don't really know what you're paying for. And parking is not included in this amenities fee. You have to pay an extra $35 for that.

Convenient location to restaurants, shops and activities. Close to main Waikiki entertainment walk.

Could use more lighting in room at desk and room. Beds were in need of replacement in one room. Difficult location for passenger and bag drop off. No drive up lobby.

-I asked for a single fork because I wanted to eat my salad but was told by front desk that I can’t get one because I don’t have a room with kitchenette in it?! -My room wifi stopped working. asked front desk to send someone to fix it but was told she won’t send someone and I should just connect to a different room. -The furniture in the room is definitely old and pretty used. The room definitely needs some new furniture -the room doors in the hallway are pretty dirty too and need some painting

Everything was good

Right on the Waikiki. 5-10 min walking to the beach. Good position, all you need around the hotel: restaurants, groceries, shops. Very nice staff, they were amazing. Beach gear for the day provided with no cost, so was great! Parking was 35usd/day located 5min walking. I recommend this place, everything was good!

No breakfast provided. Washing machine at the laundry room works but no wash properly. Dryer was good.
