Love it here. We stay often just to get away and be alone. Staff Is great. My love & I call it our other home or our place. It's clean & comfortable or we wouldn't come to get away as often as we do. So much I'm on first name greetings with some of the staff and they know we usually request the same room number 🤍

Needs More Extra Blankets For Requests. We only ask for them due to I like to keep the room cool and my love like it's warm and freeze him out LOL.. otherwise it's a perfect place to stay. That's why we keep returning it's a fantastic place. I recommend it.

Dehydrated eggs and under cooked sausages

No pool, there's a pool.but it's never open. There is something wrong with the elevator, kind of scary. They house homeless women and children which is nice however it often attracts unsavory people who eye them as targets, so security should be better implemented

Our one TV in the room by the bed didn't turn on to watch anything. It wasn't vacuumed all the way there was still confetti or something on the edge of the carpet and some on the carpet that they didn't vacuum up before we got there.

I liked how nice the one young lady was she was so sweet,polite, and helpful. When I had a problem with my room she fixed the situation. I loved the shower too. The room was clean too.

I didn't like it was a half room was expecting it to be a full room with a couch and it didn't even have a microwave in it.

Close to Light House Beach, maybe 6 minutes. Facility was clean and breakfast was stocked. Beds are amazing.

Elevators were a little wonky, so staying on the 4th floor was a drag but not the end of the world.

The hotel was right near the bridge to Canada and convenient to all the river walking trails. It was clean and quiet. Definitely worth the price.

The staff was phenomenal!! the rooms were nice, beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good!

The pool area was questionable and it is awkward to get to it (not very good signage).

Our room was clean and the spa was working. Staff was nice and let us upgrade our room and let us check it early
