Didn’t like that they added tax upon the tax I already paid through booking.com. Also, nothing in your app mentioned a parking fee by the property.

You essentially get two en suite bedrooms, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room joining both bedrooms. Clean, modern, spacious, and the facilities looked new. Breakfast spread was great, especially the waffle machine. Less than 10 min drive from the airport. Sound insulation was great, and we enjoyed a peaceful sleep.

The drainage in the bath wasn't cleared, so the water pools up when showering. Bed and pillows were too soft and gave me a backache.

Everything at this hotel was very good including excellent breakfast, very clean, friendly staff, facilities etc.

The location is somewhat off for tourists. The hotel charges $20 for car parking and for such hotels it should be free as it is not in prime location. Even Booking.com was used with free parking but the hotel charged $20, which is a disgrace. I gave them Marriott rewards number but points were not added. Their customer service asked me to send them the number again and I sent and still points are not added yet.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was okay.

When we got into our room the kitchen floor was wet and we call the front desk. They sent maintenance over he say it was the housekeeper who left it wet so would tell her to come over again but never did. Coffee maker didn't work at all . Room smell like mold . One of the pillowcases was dirty.

Close to airport, 2 ensuite bedrooms. Comfortable stay!

Parking fees were steep at $20, which was surprising because there were a lot of empty lots. This was also the only hotel that required us to pay additional for parking. As we were leaving early the next day, the front desk offered to help pack breakfast for us, which was nice but the morning staff did not get the message so breakfast wasn't available.

The rooms were great, spacious enough and clean. The location was also really near the strip, 10 min by car. Breakfast was good

Someone stole our car plate from their parking. It ended up consuming us an extra day from our trip to fix this issue. The car was rental and we aren’t Americans which made things harder. We first asked the lady to the reception and she didn’t seem to care at all. Super unhelpful, and she didn’t seem to believe us, we had to ask her for everything from the number of the police, and she didn’t know the answers and wasn’t proactive enough for helping. Then luckily another employee showed up, she had more empathy and helped us with advice.

Clean, Breakfast, Close to facilities

Booked my room for 320 complete. I was charged $360. When I asked it to be adjusted the person up front said it was the incidentals. She would not let me know specifically but said it was correct. I let her know of my displeasure. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to get into it with her. It felt very condescending. Like I was the dumb one and I should just be quiet and accept it. Nice, clean and had everything we wanted , breakfast was good, beds were comfortable, two bathrooms in the 2 bedroom unit which was convenient, have tea, coffee and sweets every day unlimited. Laundry service was good and cheap only $1.5. Front desk ladies were nice too, pool was clean and good too We loved our stay.

Airplane noise

The property was very clean, which is the first thing I look for when I check into a hotel. They were also extremely accommodating as we had booked in another property that was overbooked and couldn’t accommodate us. The staff went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of!

Some of the facilities could do with an update, but I don’t particularly fault that as long as it’s clean, which it was.

We traveled from Kansas City and were tired asked for an early check in but was denied

No late check out! It was Sunday Father's Day! I was told the STAFF wanted to go home hurry up and get done! Mmmm WE are the customers, if you didn't have "us" customers you wouldn't have to worry about hurrying up to clean the rooms to get home
