Gorgeous! The bar and outdoor seating was stunning! The garden was a tad hidden and we're so glad we found it. I liked the complimentary coffee even tho our coffee maker was broken. The entrance was so pretty, breath taking. Ricks Cafe gave us one of the best dinners we've ever had.

Our floor was atrocious, and we were willing to pay more for a better view but couldn't figure out how online. The view was kind of gross, just of the dirty ceiling and nothing more. There was a slight delay in check in- and the solution was more free drinks. This is a GREAT solution, truly, just load us up. We'd happily wait if you get us crunk. Overall very happy!

The doors were broken, the AC did not work, and we felt terrible. Supposedly, they were supposed to provide us with an updated room, but when we spoke with the front desk, they offered us a new room. It was supposed to be better because it was inside the hotel. But guess what? The AC wasn’t working again. It was so disappointing. They moved us to another room, marking our second relocation. Finally, this new room was the best; it was clean, cozy, and the lake view was wonderful. They fixed our bad experience and offered us free breakfast, but we are left wondering why they gave us such a bad room in the beginning.

Donovan at check in upgraded our room and although early check in wasn't possible, he was kind enough to offer to hold our luggage and let us use the pool until check in time. Great service.

All of the containers for shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower were empty, and we hadn't brought our own. We had to ask twice for some before they brought them to our room, and what they brought were 3 bags full of mini products. The person who brought them to the room didn't say a word, just handed over the bags and seemed annoyed. But we appreciated having some products, though!

We found the property to be very relaxing and accommodating. The exterior is beautiful. Regardless of if you are looking at the pool, the lake, the golf course or the mountains in the distance- it’s all beautiful! It is located at the back of a residential area and is somewhat isolated. We preferred this as it gives more of a resort vibe.

There was nothing that we did not like about our stay. I want to add that I almost didn’t book here because of some of the negative reviews I read about it needing an upgrade. I’m so glad we took the chance. When I checked in, I told the desk person that I had read some reviews saying that the rooms were needing an update. He said that he had booked us in the area that had been updated. We thought the room was beautiful and relaxing, spacious and well laid out. I would guess that they are in the process of a remodel and the other areas will be done soon. We would love to stay here again.

The pools and the staff are fantastic—everyone is friendly and helpful, and the environment is really enjoyable.

I think it would be great to update and improve the pool food menu. A couple of years ago, there was a better variety of fresh and appealing options—like the nachos and the lobster roll, which were favorites. This time, the selection felt limited, and unfortunately, the chicken dish I tried didn’t taste good and was too soggy. It would be nice to bring back some of the fresh, flavorful items that made the menu stand out before.

It was quite expensive given the location and you could get a hotel in town for the same price if that’s what you wanted. That said, once I stayed here and sat outside on the evening and morning I really appreciated the quieter location overlooking the lake but I do feel it is a little overpriced for what it is. I would stay here again as the staff excelled in every aspect and were incredibly nice and helpful.

excellent location, beautiful lobby and facilities. the staff were amazing. the food incredible at Ricks Cafe because the other restaurant was not taking walking when we got there. the bathrooms need a little update the bath was not fully clean. the pool amazing, plenty of space very quite for relaxing. I will come back for sure.

Beautiful, top floor room with both a lake and pool view! I especially appreciated that housekeeping came in daily. We stay here often and love the property! It's striking distance from Lake Mead and Hoover Dam. It's far enough away from Las Vegas that the "Honky Tonk" Vegas vibe is absent! The Hoover Dam tour is amazing and Lake Mead is always lovely and peaceful. Rick's Cafe has excellent food and we enjoyed a wonderful dinner there.

I was disappointed that Marasa restaurant was not open mid-week, when we like to travel. Some day we will plan to be there when it is open...that means a weekend night!

It was a nice retreat off the strip, quiet and tranquil for relaxing. In room dining was delicious. Service was exceptional. It did have a mini fridge which was also nice. If I ever go back to Las Vegas I would stay here again.

Only downfall is it is out if the way, which has pros and cons. It's quiet and restful however we couldn't get a cab to take us. In fact, the cab picked us up on the Strip & dropped us off on side of the road. If you're going here, order an Uber. We had no issues with Uber.

The entire trip and stay was excellent and much more relaxing than I could've believed the staff was top tier and the hotel was as well.We will definitely be making multiple trips back

The only thing that wasn't to my liking was that I changed the date on Booking.com however it wasn't communicated to the hotel thankfully they accommodated us and there was no further issues.
