Modern, clean and comfortable! Perfect for our stop on the way to Arizona from Oregon. Nice sized room with pleasing decor and furniture. Casino located just across the street has a cafe that was very good. Convenience store next door. Beds comfortable. Free breakfast was pretty good with a good variety. Easy to get to; just off the freeway (but far enough back that it's not noisy).

If you need a lot of nearby restaurants, shops, etc.; this may not be for you. It's kind of isolated with only the Railroad Pass casino and truck stop nearby, which includes a convenience store and a gas station. Our room was in the back of the hotel, and those rooms only have a view of the hillside next to the hotel. We loved it because it was quiet. But if a pretty view is important to you, this may not be your place.

breakfast was good for this type free breakfast room everything very clean quiet staff all friendly always a good morning how can i help I was in a golf tournament playing in Boulder Creek and was very close if you like to gamble there was a casino across the way , coffee available in lobby

no internet , there was a fire alarm woke us up and had to leave building down stairs 4th floor ( Hotel said that night would have been adjusted but I booked through 3rd party ) they ran out of coffee for the rooms

Everyone on your staff is phenomenal. I the head chef at a private preserve in NY, I understand sincere, quality help. Again, everyone was exceptional, especially Cindy in the F&B.

You know I had to really think about this one. And… here it is, the towels were not soft. They were rough and scratchy.

Clean room and super friendly staff that goes the extra mile. Breakfast was included and it was nice (not fabulous, but sufficient). Food was replenished regularly. However, get there early if you want a seat; it gets crowded. Convenient location if you don’t want a long drive to Hoover Dam. Nice sized room with good lighting, mini fridge, and Keurig coffee/tea maker.

The room needs dark drapes to keep the sun out. Also, we reserved for three guests but only two towels were provided.

Everything was clean and well maintained. The bed was ultra comfortable and the pillows amazing! The food servers were all very nice and friendly, especially REBECCA. Front desk staff were all very helpful and greeted us as we came in or left. Location is great - quiet but still close to several restaurants and other places of interest. We will definitely make this hotel our first choice for future visits!

Key didn't work at the pool, had to walk back and ask for help. The the pool had no towels, we needed to walk back ask. The exit from the hotel is confusing and we went in circles a couple times.

I liked how clean it was. There are rooms on the first floor and as someone who hates elevators it was perfect. The front desk staff were amazing. It’s secluded. Out of strip area. It was perfect to get out of the craziness of Vegas. Friendly staff and they were very accommodating to the first level rooms and early check in.

It was easy check in and out. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The room was very clean and well stocked. The breakfast buffet had many delicious choices to select from. That mini pancake machine tho! We would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was great!

I clearly stated I was bringing 6 people. When I checked in they asked again are there 6 people in your party? I had to go back to the front desk to get bedding for the fold out couch. Also only 2 towels and wash cloths??? Annoying!!

The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The continental breakfast was great.

Front desk staff should talk about their failures of customer service in private and not argue with prior customers while a new customer is standing at the counter trying to check in.
