Lovely staff, good location...Hoover Dam being the draw card in Boulder City. Easy walking to shops. The recently opened Italian Restaurant attached to the Hotel is amazing.

Breakfast. Terrible. Whilst not expecting a large buffet or even hot food, the scrambled eggs were so overcooked, so dry you couldn't even put them on a fork. We were at breakfast 15 minutes after it started so can't consider them having sat in a warmer which dried them out. Worst scrambled eggs we have ever had. Other than breakfast we were very happy.

This was one of the most pleasant stays in my whole trip. The room was clean and pet friendly. The staff were very friendly and helpful and welcoming to my little dog. I wanted to walk around Old Town Boulder City and the hotel is situated just a couple blocks away.

The location of the breakfast was a bit inconvenient and I didn't take advantage of it because I would have had to leave my pet too long. The pet area was pretty nice but it was hot and there was no shade, however, there was a very nice park just a block away.

Good sized room and you could park near to, plenty of space. Couple of eateries nearby. Breakfast was by voucher, fairly basic - sausage, eggs, potato, toast, waffles etc but it was plentiful and being refreshed all the time. Beds and linen comfortable and fresh. Coffee machine, microwave and fridge in room. Shower easy to work and lots of hot water :) Elevator available too. Staff were great, polite and helpful. Swimming pool open

Very noisy aircon but thankful for it. Nearly 40 degrees when we landed. Restaurant/bar next to hotel, "Taps", seemed just a bar and no one to serve at point. Coffee machine was full of coffee grinds and blocked by previous user not using capsules. Took a while but it was pristine when is finished with it

This was one of the cleanest properties we've stayed in. The beds, pillows & linens were very nice. The bathroom amenities & towels were great. Check in & check out was smooth. We rested well & were ready for our next adventure. Breakfast was completely awesome, Jeannie did a fantastic job; she kept everything stocked & clean. The breakfast offerings were exceptional & very tasty!! At checkout, the young lady at the front desk was just SO nice! All in all it was a very good visit!

The only negative is that the pool & hot tub were closed. We were seriously looking forward to using those to relax after a long day of driving. The coffee pot in the room needed to be reset. Other than that, it was good & I recommend this hotel to anyone in the area!!

Location was central to town. Very walkable ! Indoor pool and hot tub was nice. Room was clean, comfortable and a great size for 2 adults and 2 teens.

I love the BW has a full breakfast. This location does not, but gives a voucher for a great restaurant across the street. Problem is, the restaurant is small and super popular, so hard to get seated quickly. Not a deal breaker, but disappointing.

The room was spotless and everything was ready for our arrival. We had a watercraft and we were happy to find that there was special parking for the oversized vehicles. Breakfast was very good both days and all the staff were professional and courteous. My daughter forgot her purse in the lobby and the girl at the front desk walked it up to our room that evening to make sure we got it.

The parking lights were not on at night so it was a little dark and the spa was out of order but these were both minor issues. I would visit this location again

I love the fact that they are actively pet friendly. Meaning, they had a bag of doggie treats for us when we checked in. They were very welcoming & nice.We have 2 large Dutch shepherds and a chihuahua. They put us in a nice size, very clean room. When we received our key cards for our room, it came with easy to read instruction info. note about checkout time, breakfast hrs, where the pet areas are on the property, etc... I was very impressed with that. Breakfast was pretty yummy. Nice variety to choose from. They give you an extra hour to eat on the weekends. Oh, and if you're having problems checking out like us, they don't knock on the door every 5 mins or hang around outside your door til to leave. For $20, they'll give 2 more hours. No worries. Next time we pass through Boulder City, we will make a point to stop and stay here for sure! 🤩

What I didn't like is that they weren't all over the US. And no elevators & no tea in the rooms only coffee.

Breakfast was a nice perk and right by our room. Thankfully, it lasted until 10 since it was the weekend, although not all items were available. It was quiet and we got caught up on some sleep.

The kids were looking forward to using the pool, but it had been shut down by the health department, which was a little concerning. I also think this is something that needs to be disclosed when making the reservation, since having a pool was part of the reason we chose to stay there. We were there to get breakfast by 9:40 or so, but not all breakfast items were available.

The location was perfect. Right near the historical district and not far from Hoover Dam and an hour from Valley of the Fire State Park. The room, although dated in decor, was clean and the beds were comfortable. Five stars for the staff. At checkin the young lady at the desk gave us tips on restaurants, directions, and some things we shouldn’t miss. A day later I needed ice for my knee and asked the location of the ice machines. The man at the desk got me a bag right then. Breakfast was great. We would return.

The staff was super friendly and the area was extremely safe. The hotel was the perfect middle ground for all the places we were there to see. The pool was super warm, perfect for those chilly winter nights.

This is all personal preference but I thought the pillows were a little flat but I like my pillows on the firm side. My husband thought they were perfect. On the other hand my husband likes a softer bed and thought it was to hard. I loved the bed but I love a firm bed.
