Good location right off the freeway. It was about 20 minutes from the Hoover Dam. Lots of food options. There was a small little dog park. The mattress was great!!! I haven’t had a good night sleep, that felt comfortable in a long time. There were Tesla Chargers!!!!! Overall there were many perks.

Small thing. The fiber glass shower area around the drain seemed a little uneven. In the elevator a small section of the floor seemed uneven.

Plenty of parking,easy to get to and the people are very nice

The bathroom was not good at all , shower was not big enough for one person and was put in very badly, the bathroom was big don’t know why they couldn’t have put in a much bigger one . The toilet was very small, but worked. There was wadded up used tissues on the chair by one of the beds

though an older facility, the staff was exceptional and made our stay very enjoyable. The food in the restaurant was extremely good and plentiful. We've frequented several times before and will again when we are in the area to visit family. I'm sorry to hear that the property is being sold to a chain and I sincerely hope they keep the friendly and courteous staff that makes Railroad Pass the pleasant place it's always been.

Room was comfortable. Casino cafe was sorely understaffed. Waited 20 minutes to be seated when we were second to be seated. Restaurant hostess was on her phone completely ignoring us.The two people working were trying hard. Slots were a waste, never paid. Ice machine was stained.

The location was great. Right in between the strip and hoover dam, making both accessible. Food was a good price and good quality. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. It's obviously a truck driver Casino but caters to everyone and I'll be back for sure.

Parking was a little tough at times. None of the ice machines worked, so you just had to go to the bar. TV didn't work but didn't even notice until the day we checked out so it wasn't a big deal.

Nice surprise. I didnt have any expectations but it was pleasant experience to stay here. Rooms are huge, clean and comfy although old. It is old casino which didnt bother me. We couldnt find a place to stay for a reasonable price at the time of F1 race and this hotel saved our day. Little drive from Strip but still ok. Plenty of parking, quiet, very affordable food and games.

Room was quiet and away from casino noise and they are pet friendly.

The security latch on the door was missing screws so it wasn't effective. The door connecting the room next to us was secured only with a slide lock and no deadbolt lock. $150 pet deposit was high, especially since their website said $100. I don't like having to wait for the pet deposit refund to have to show up from affirm since I paid the hotel directly for that when I checked in. Bad policy.

We liked how easy it was to get to everything. The food value specials and the quality of food. Breakfast was great, as all the meals were and the service. The room was good and good location. The bed was ok, kinda hard.

You could hear everyone above our floor, we were on 3. Bed was kinda hard, but ok. We like were the handicapped parking was, would have like a couple more open spots. Casino kinda was smokey smelling.

Convenience of Restaurants on site!

One elevator was not operable. We got stuck between 2 floors for about 7 minutes! Shower door would not latch. Frame was akilter, and the magnet, which secures the door shut could not engage. ⁹ Water spilled onto the bathroom tile floor.

It was a wonderful experience. The staff were very helpful.

There is 100 per night hold on cards though the room was affordable I was not expecting the hold. This was not disclosed at time of booking. Hopefully it gets resolved quickly.
