The service at Big Horn Cafe. We have been to the restaurant many times over the last three years and experienced outstanding service. This visit was not the that standard. We ate dinner and breakfast: wait staff not attentive, no one at front desk to greet and seat. Staff arguing among themselves, we had to ask twice for our dinner salad and utensils. Overall poor service and long wait time. Hope management will do customer service training

Our newly updated room was very comfortable. The area is quiet, and the bed was perfect for me. We had a deluxe king suite, which is larger than we normally choose. Very spacious, and amply furnished with a desk/chair, small table, and 2 easy chairs. This is our go-to when visiting family near Lake Las Vegas. We prefer sleeping here and driving through the park to their place in Henderson.

We aren’t big breakfast eaters, so coffee plus at the country store works for us. Not having breakfast or a restaurant is a drawback for many, I expect.

Great place to stay outside the hustle and bustle of Vegas. Not too far to drive (about 40 min) to the strip and it’s in a beautiful location overlooking Lake Mead and very close to Hoover Dam. The staff were incredibly friendly and the cost of food in the restaurant was less than 1/2 what you pay on the strip. The room rates were very reasonably priced too. We were also traveling with our RV and there is a huge amount of free parking for even the biggest rigs. I highly recommend staying there. Looking forward to returning on a future trip.

The only thing I didn’t like was that it’s also a casino and people are allowed to smoke, but that’s probably true in all casinos. Even still, the smell of smoke wasn’t overwhelming.

Descent hotel in the Las Vegas neighborhood. Come here if you don't to pay resort fees and want to avoid overpriced Las Vegas Strip hotels during weekends. Pool was refreshing.

The lady at the lobby was fairly compliant. She first said that my credit card deposit wasn't registred and it turned to be OK until she went to her manager. Pool has shade in the afternoon but regarding the actual temperature it wasn't an issue.

The location of Hoover Dam Lodge is incredible. I loved the views of the mountains from my window and the access to the Hoover Dam Trail, which is right on the doorstep meaning I could easily walk to The Hoover Dam and back (20,000k steps) in a day. The views from the trail are exceptional, take water, food & sunscreen, the trail is well marked. I visited Boulder City and had Breakfast at The World Famous Coffee Cup & did a tour of The Boulder Dam Hotel & Museum.

We arrived an hour and a half or so after landing in Las Vegas (after picking up our bags and car) and it was a good spot for visiting the dam before heading on to Arizona. If we were spending more around Boulder City I would happily stay here longer. All the staff we met were very kind and helpful. The location was ideal, especially for getting picked up for the postcard tour by Black Canyon River Adventures/Hoover Dam Rafting Adventures which leaves right from the casino parking lot. The restaurant off the lobby serves very good food for very reasonable prices. And the room was a really good size with comfortable beds and enjoyably retro décor.

Water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, and we found the pillows good for side sleepers but not back sleepers. The lobby was a bit smoky from the casino but not terribly so.

Location near Hoover Dam! Great view from my window. Gaming opportunities. Comfortable accommodations and very clean facilities.

Was with my family.No restaurant to accommodate children, and it wasn't mentioned on the website. It was during the week, so all eateries inside the hotel were out of or limited on food. My 5 year old Goddaughter could not go into any of the restaurants. We had to take turns just to order food from a limited menu. If stated on the website, we could have been

The staff was great! They gave us better rooms at no additional cost just because they were available. My wife was feeling nauseous and the bar tender gave me a free can of ginger ale, the maid helped out with some extra soaps for the shower. Just a nice experience with the staff

The pool was way too cold. I'm not even sure how they achieved such low water temps since the air temp NEVER falls as low as the water temperature. The pool was literally NOT useable.

Staff was very friendly, hotel was not packed, food was good, free coffee every morning, had washing machines and a gym. Honestly will be booking this hotel again.

Some very minor details could be addressed about the condition of the building overall but they're minimal. I believe they don't receive enough traffic to accommodate those minor details. Other than that I have zero complaints

The entire staff was so friendly and they didn't hesitate if we needed anything.The bed was very comfortable and everything looked so clean! If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here. The only thing we were disappointed in was the food at the restaurants in the lodge...not exactly what we were expecting. I think a lot of it was microwave food.
