Kim from the front desk was exceptional and checked us in so quickly! Our room was so clean and everything was perfectly stocked! (Coffee and towels were perfect) The beds were made with no creases and soooo cozy. The TV, fridge, hair dryer and coffee maker all worked. The room also smelled amazing and clean when we first walked in.

The only thing we didn't like was the lady two rooms down stepped out of her room at 12:45am and locked herself out and started banging like the police on her door and it scared us awake. This, however, had nothing to do with SureStay or how the company did for our stay.

The price is very reasonable. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. The staff at the desk were helpful.

The breakfast was okay, but not great. The breakfast coffee was very weak, so weak that I couldn't drink it. The coffee in the lobby was a little stronger, but still too weak. As a vegan, I appreciated the fresh fruit at breakfast, and the oatmeal and selection of breads. However, it would be nice to have some plain oatmeal available, rather than the kind that is full of sugar. Also, some peanut butter would be nice. Breakfast potatoes would be wonderful, but that might be asking too much.

The room was nice with plenty of room and well kept. I also liked that there were numerous USB ports, in the clock and the lamp, so didn't have to worry about wall plug ins for charging. The location was right off the main roads with easy access. This might be odd but I liked that the shower head was higher than I usually find in hotels.

The bed was a little hard and the pillows kind of squishy but that's personal preference. My wife thought the bed was good.

Close to where i needed it to be. It was clean and quiet nice mountain view from pool, Like that the floors weren’t old carpet and it definitely felt more clean that way.

Its supposed to be non smoking rooms but for some reason when we got to our room it strongly smelled like weed. And we had family in two other rooms couple doors down and and one of their rooms smelled the same. Maybe housekeeping had a happy hour who knows but if i can’t smoke they definitely shouldn’t be in there!!

It was clean and comfortable - pretty much the most important thing for me. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, mini waffles, yogurt, various breads, bagels and pastries, and 3 cereals. Pool was nice and clean. Area was clean and plenty of places to shop or get gas - etc. nearby. Parking wasn't an issue. The staff was awesome.

I thought the price was a little high for what you got compared to other similar motels I've stayed in (not in that area).

We stay here every time we're in town. Affordable pricing and a quality room keeps bringing us back. The beds are comfortable and there is a nice quiet atmosphere.

The only downside was the pool was closed.

Was a nice property in a good area.

Day time receptionist was not very friendly. She got annoyed easily and was quite rude at times. Night time guy was super nice and extremely helpful.

Everything was great, from check-in through check-out! The and facilities was clean and quiet and had exactly what we needed. The staff was very nice and breakfast good too. When in the area again, we would stay here again!

I have a back problems and the mattress was a little too firm for me.

Nice quiet atmosphere with clean rooms and comfortable beds.

This is the second time in two months that we have stayed here and the pool was closed both times.
