The hotel is obviously old, but the renovations have made it a comfortable place to stay. I thought the price was high, but that seems to be true of most hotels right now. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful in getting us situated. She was the best thing about the place. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

As I mentioned before, the hotel is old, and there isn't anything that can be done about that.

Convenient location. All of the amenities we needed. Lots of plugins for electronics. Great breakfast-lots of variety. Staff VERY efficient and friendly.

A little difficult to reach as you have to drive through another parking lot to get there and there’s only one access-no back way out. It’s not really a big deal but it’s the only negative I can think of.

The staff was some of the friendliest hotel staff I've across in a while. Room was clean. Location was great. Right next to some restaurants, gas station, and highway. The area in general felt nice and safe

Centrally located, hotel and room was clean. Staff was friendly.

We were above the hotel bar and on Friday and Saturday night the noise was pretty bad, people yelling and carrying on outside in the parking lot. Loud thumping music and not particularly comfortable arriving back from work alone in the evening and having to walk through a crowd of people smoking and drinking to get to the entrance nearest our room.

The room was clean. Loved that there was a tub in the bathroom! The breakfast was surprising with eggs, sausage, biscuits, hash browns, waffles, sweet rolls, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, etc! (Other hotels boast a hot breakfast, but have only a waffle maker.) The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Honestly, nothing failed to meet expectations.

My son was recovering from back surgery and the staff was so accommodating and helpful. They had a room for us close to the door and breakfast which made our stay so much easier. Thank you for everything!

The price of the room was a little high.

There were a few more options for breakfast than I was expecting. Waffles at a hotel are always a treat. The location was perfect for us - right off the main road. Check-in and -out were very quick.

Some of the breakfast food was only lukewarm. Everything else was very nice.

Staff at front desk could not have been nore friendly ! Both ladies checking in and out were wonderful!

Breakfast hot food could have been hotter. Ours was like warm. We didn't want to go back to the room to use the microwave.

We love that they were pet friendly. It is so nice since we were traveling with our 2 GSP's. The staff welcomed them with a couple of dog treats. The hotel also had a very good breakfast in the morning for their guests. There was also a small litle bar connected to the hotel. Then right next door was Roosters restaurant so you did not have to travel too far for a full meal. The room was good and clean with no issues.

The only thing that was a little hard was the fact that there was not really a good area where we could take dogs to go to restroom.

The location was great for us as we were close to everything we came to do in Chillicothe.

The room had a musty smell but overall it was clean. Need to be careful when booking online as a website came up that was charging 1/2 what the room cost in service fees.
