Breakfast was OK, would've liked a little more fruit choices. I liked that the room wasn't cleaned every day unless by request. We keep it pretty orderly so cleaning every day is wasteful. I also like the bigger containers for shampoo, etc. so not so much plastic is wasted.

Some minor things - the door to the elevator was really squeaky which does not give a lot of confidence in the sturdiness of the elevator (although it did work fine). The light in the bathroom had some dead flies visible in it. If more hooks were made available in the bathroom we could've hung up our towels and wouldn't have needed to exchange them every day.

Great location for a few nights we stayed to search for homes in the area! Right off and on the I-40. Comfortable, clean, nice folksy staff, and THE best free breakfast you’ll ever going to find in a hotel! We are talking all the variety each day of eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, etc.

The indoor POOL was being fixed/renovated. It was a major let down. For some reason Booking.com never tells you of these details when reserving. Maybe the Comfort Inn site does, but always make sure you check the hotel of any amenities that are a must!

The room was clean and quiet. The automatic shades were perfect and allowed us to get some much needed daytime sleep by blocking out the sunlight. Staff was friendly aand welcoming, and there was a wide selection for breakfast. BTW: THE LIGHTING IN THE BATHROOM WAS EXCELLENT. I'D LIKE TO SCHEDULE A PHOTO SHOOT THERE. (just kidding about that last part.) Great light for doing make-up and hair.

I booked through Booking.com so at checkout I was told that they couldn’t print out a receipt for me at the front desk. Booking sent a receipt but it doesn’t show itemized out for taxes etc.. my company requires an itemized receipt for reimbursement. As of 5-6-25 this still isn’t resolved

The room was clean and comfy. The windows provided great light during the day and I loved that they didn’t have the big ugly curtains but a very nice window shade.

nice room size. friendly staff. breakfast was the typical free hotel fare. close to the highway. it's a perfect set up for an overnight stop on a road trip.

Rooms were well furnished

Breakfast was chicken patties that weren't very good,but I stayed before and there was breakfast meat and whole meal was excellent.

Staff was very friendly and moved us into a very nice room when we had lady bugs all in the first room.

Sunday morning breakfast was very good, hot and ready. The room we had was spacious, very clean, and quiet. Parking was exceptional, and close to the hotel were a couple of good restaurants.
