Comfortable, clean, helpful staff, free parking outside, great price! Loved the 24hr coffee available at the lobby. Did not use the gym but seems well equipped with basics and I liked I could refill my water bottle in there with cold filtered water.

The only suggestion I have is perhaps including fresh fruit at breakfast

Breakfast was excellent and a little cool, but could improve with warmer temperature. Great staff members and landscape that is vital ensure all visitors feel at home and comfortable at all time.

As mentioned, the breakfast needs warmer temperatures and the television volume a little louder making sure a remote is available as needed. Another thing, the rates could be lower if room needed for additional time especially working and anticipate finding work with a new place to live.

This is our second time staying here and again loved our stay. When booking our 2 rooms I asked to have the rooms close to each other and they were able to accommodate us.

The breakfast would be the only complaint I have. I would have liked more variety with their breakfast.

The manager name Hanna Cao, was very helpful for when I had called the hotel a few weeks ahead of time to ask questions, such as eating establishments the area. The hotel was conveniently located near the freeway. The eating area was kept neat and clean. I like that they had the apples wrapped in plastic wrap, so that no one hands could just freely touch each apple.

It is a small matter but the breakfast link sausage could have been a little browner and I wished that bacon was on the menu. But the breakfast was very decent and good.

location is a farther out than i expected and housekeeping needs to improve I was there for 4 days and I had to keep calling for them to send me a housekeeper and when she finally came all she did was empty my trash and left plus she knocked one time as she was already opening my room door

It is a very convenient hotel if you travel to Houston for shopping and fun. Easy to reach from all areas by car. Decent breakfast with nicely cooked eggs, yogurt, coffee, and cornflakes. Super staff, too.

The heads of the showers should be renewed because water speed hurts the body. Other than this, everything was super convenient. Thank you.

The breakfast was good. I had waffles, hashbrowns, orange juice, hot chocolate with milk, and an apple. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. I also used the washing machine. The owner also gave me a cold bottle of water upon my arrival.

The hotel was clean smelled good and staff and housekeeping was amazing.

No oatmeal at breakfast. Waffles didn't cook all the way. Everything else was good.

I Did Not Like That Fact That There Is A Cat At Entrance Of The Hotel ! I Also Noticed That They Feed It So I’m Assuming It Lives There ! Just Wish There Was A Better Place For Them To Feed The Cat & Not The Front Entrance for ppl like me that’s terrified of cats !

The room and the main areas of the hotel were very clean and well-kept. Staff was gracious and helpful. breakfast was good, the room was clean and quiet, the bed very comfortable. We slept well in the cool. A resful and enjoyable stay.
