We’d like the breakfast option. Superb! It just that they don’t clean the tables right away, they were lack of staff and someone to overlook people who dine. Accessible to the mall and have 7/11 downstairs.

They didn’t have cottonbuds when we asked, which is disappointing. TV didn’t have much channel. Bathroom for shower is very slippery when wet not ideal with kids. Didn’t have bathrobe, towels were one size ‘big ones’ only. They didn’t have room service - restaurant closes after 9pm.

Staff were great Coffee shop was handy and staff were very friendly Mall was very close which had many restaurants and a very good food court down stairs Buses and taxis were across the road

The only thing this hotel needs is a pool

I booked Bayfront Hotel for its convenient location close to SM Cebu and North Bus terminal. The hotel tends to get busy during check-in time. I was lucky enough to be accommodated earlier. Room is spacious and love the dim lit ambiance, kinda classy. The bed is comfortable and have a good night sleep. Food- Breakfast buffet is the winner, I love the food selection, though its not that plenty but I can say, more of quality. Overall, I am happy with my overnight stay on this hotel.

I hope the reception are more organized when checking in people.

Room was okay and most especially the location as its close to SM City and 7/11 by the hotel entrance

1. Checking in and checking out was very very slow..... 2. I wasn't aware that I had to pay full for my 10 yrs. old son. 3. Hotel receptionest have told me that I will only pay half price for my sons breakfast but at the breakfast cashier asked me to pay the full price :( and what annoys me a lot was when the breakfast cashier just grabbed my card from my hand without telling me. I was absolutely SHOCKED!!!😳 Here in the UK no cashier is allowed to swipe credit/debit cards NOT UNLESS you need help from them.

The location is near to the bus station and SM city mall so it was good.

We stayed for 3 nights and we tried breakfast once. (Orange juice & the pancake) it was obviously good as i see other travellers enjoying it but unfortunately some food was not halal and it was mix altogether so we never tried eating breakfast down again.

The staff is excellent. Easily accessible to mall.

The air con in the room was very very cold, no way to control. Had maintenance fix it but only lasted a few hrs. Was told that the property was fully booked and no other rooms were available.

- the water pressure in the restroom is way better than other hotels in the area - the room is well lit - the public bus to Cebu international airport is just across the street, less than 30 second walk - SM city mall is less than 5 minute walk from the hotel room door

- the bathroom could use a bit more bright lighting - the coffee served at breakfast is like coffee flavored water, not real coffee - sound proofing in the room is not 100% adequate, the loud noise from the next room could be heard in the middle of the night

Overall this hotel is excellent in service. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is so-so; sometimes it has good choices. The facility is very close to a bus terminal, shopping mall, bar, church, etc.

Bathroom is dark especially where the mirror is. I got a room one time wherein the AC is not working well. Some guests are noisy passing through the hallway.

The hotel was well positioned next to the SM mall, so it made it easy catching the airport bus. The bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was adequate, although if you come later, they do not replenish the buffet. The rooms were clean, however Bathroom looked a bit tired. The hotel did not offer any tour desk, so organising transport to the south needed to be self organised.

Front office staff, all of them very professional and polite . I left my phone and deposit on the counter and sat in the taxi . The checkout staff ran and managed to give it to me before I left. Don't know the names, but all were very kind . Keep up thr good work.

F&B could really improve and make the total stay asum.
