Our family room felt a bit small (can't really leave large suitcases open!) but it is to be expected in such a prime location. The staff at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The front lobby transforms into an unexpected breakfast area in the morning, as they are using every bit of space in a smart way. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and wonderful hikes starting from the citadelle. The grocery store and the laundry place next to the hotel were both incredibly convenient.

For customers who are driving, we would suggest sharing a link for the "parking minute" a day or two prior to arrival (this is the short-term parking where one can drop off luggage and park until they get a free parking pass for another parking location a bit further away). Otherwise, it is not easy to find, and many just end up in front of a closed gate, at the other end of the pedestrian area, frustrated, with a car full of luggage. But once you are briefed by the front desk, things fall in place and it is quite convenient.

We had a lovely room with a small balcony overlooking the road and cliff face at the back. It was very nice as we booked this last minute so having an outdoor area was great. The location of the hotel is great - towards the end of the hotels on the harbour front and only 5-10 minutes from the ferry that we arrived on from Sardinia. It was also a bonus being able to park our rental car for free in a parking area only 5 minutes from the hotel. And having a supermarket, Spar, in the next building was a big plus point for us.

It literally right on the water in the port there is probably $1 billion worth of expensive boats all along the dock I’ve never seen so many impressive votes outside of Monaco. I’m taking the ferry tomorrow over to Sardinia. I ride a motorcycle every year through Europe.

There’s a little refrigerator in the room. It’s a big nice, but there isn’t enough and you can take it downstairs and fill it with cold water. But the bedding is absolutely for class. It’s the best betting I’ve been in in Europe.

The location is simply perfect and they grant you free of charge a card to park your car at a close by parking space as the hotel is on a pedestrian zone just in front of the port, with plenty of nice restaurants close by, the ferries to Sardegna are at walking distance also, old town using a train that cost you like 10 euros to take you there. Wifi and air condition works perfect inside the room and the bathroom is nice and room is ample for 2 people.

Breakfast is limited and is not buffet, so you need to ask the waiter what you want..in my case, gluten and lactose free they do have options but limited and no fresh fruit besides oranges and bananas, but there is a big supermarket aside the hotel where you can buy fresh fruit and whatever you want to compensate.

Super friendly and accommodating staff, very clean and well-designed rooms, great facilities and a fantastic location. AC also worked well. It was a lovely stay!

The views were that great (views on some random roofs) but I didn't really mind as there was still lots of light. Plus there is a party restaurant on the opposite side so many you don't want to have the port-viewing rooms, but I didn't hear anything. The breakfast wasn't also that amazing but there are plenty of other options, so no worries.

Wonderful, best location for main town, near restaurants, bus station only 600 metres away. People around late at night, nice area to be in. Good staff and helpful, eg secured me a driver taxi to go north, taxis are limited in Corsica. Room was relatively new , lovely view and breeze from opening out balcony door, the harbour . Near to the boats to Lavezzi & ferries. And quiet, slept very well and comfortably. Cleaning and room servicing was outstanding. Breakfast buffet superb. I arrived very early from France, before 8am and they have an excellent luggage room, locked, with plenty of storage space. They then let me have a coffee from the breakfast area as I only had had few hours sleep. Then I explored Bonafacio until I could check in later in the day. Above all- was excellent and glad I stayed here.

Nothing really. They even have a little bar. Everything was good and staff helpful and professional. Room was excellent.

The room was at the rear of the hotel but was very quite. the location of the hotel overlooks the harbour also a nice option is that breakfast can be enjoyed with a clear view of the harbour. The hotel was very clean, the staff that I interacted with were extremely helpful and polite, furthermore the bought breakfast was extremely filling. We travelled from Sardinia by ferry and the hotel is an easy walk from the ferry terminal. The following days departure was by scheduled coach service which an even closer walk to the departure area.

Although the hotel is listed with Booking.com, a quick check - when we checked - showed that the room would have been cheaper using the Best Western website. It is a very expensive area and accommodation is limited

To say this hotel is well placed is the biggest understatement anyone could make. I opted for a room with a balcony and I have never been so delighted with the view. It faces the small harbour of Bonifacio and is within a stones throw of everything you could need. I also sat on their terrace which is partially covered and has comfortable seating for breakfast or an afternoon cafe in the sun. The world is sleeping on Bonifacio, it is a destination not to be missed.

Wonderful stay at the Best Western. Comfy room. Location is great - right near harbor with many restaurant choices. The hotel has its own delightful spot for breakfast and drinks right next to the water. Staff was friendly and kind and even sent us away with a gift when they learned it was my husband's birthday!

Hotel position was fantastic. Right in the heart of the quay so very vibrant, numerous choices of restaurants and bars. Short walk to historic hilltop village. We had a quayside view so very lively at night but hotels windows were completely soundproofed. Room was modern and nicely furnished and bathroom with walk in shower was exceptional. Brilliant hotel and staff delightful and so helpful

It would have been nice to have had a lounge with bar in hotel although it had a quayside terrace, it was for public use.
