The location is superb. The room was very good, with modern amenities, and exactly as described.

The property badly needs a gift shop/mini-market for necessities and refreshments. The “VIP DESK” was visibly staffed maybe 15% of the time, so that was ridiculously frustrating. I needed and asked for early check in, and offered to pay for it, but we didn’t get to access the room until 16:15.

I chose to stay here because of the view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony and we weren’t disappointed. It was great to sit and relax on our balcony, after our French meal at Le Beaujolais which is just round the corner. We could watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle on the hour. There are a number of restaurants, mini supermarket, bakery all close by so the location is fantastic. Taxi rank just by hotel or metro up the road. Twin beds were comfortable, there was a kettle and 4 free soft drinks in mini bar. bathroom lovely and modern spacious powerful shower. We enjoyed our stay

No bottle opener provided for 2 of the drinks in mini bar so couldn’t open them

The location was great. We had an amazing view from our balcony! Room was also very large.

I liked the location. I liked the restaurant staff and the choices in the breakfast buffet. I liked the people in the reception upon check in and check out. I like the bellmen who are helpful and attentive.

I didn't like that all the room attendants didn't understand English at all, and who don't make an effort to ask someone from other attendants who would understand me and help me with what I was asking for. I got frustrated when the toilet papers were not replenished and the trash bin was not collected after making up my room. I called the room service and asked for help more than 5 times BUT NO ONE CAME TO OUR ROOM. It was when a person from the room service noticed I was calling several times already at past 11:00 p.m. that a room attendant came to our room, again who could not understand me because I was talking in English (why send someone to help me who could not understand?!?!), that our toilet paper was replenished and the trash had been collected.

The bed is super comfortable and the room is very clean. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Location is great as you can literally view the Eiffel Tower right infront of the hotel. There's a lot of restaurants around the area and walking distance like 5mins to Metro station.

Nothing that we do not like about the hotel. All good.

We were in a big room & they used a sofa bed as the second bed which was actually ok & better quality than others but an actual bed would have been better based on the high price we paid for this room. I found their contact system to contact reception or room service difficult & often had issues as it was all based off a tablet that required internet connection so it was not easy to use & often lost connection so you couldn’t call reception easily because of this set up they really also need a normal phone system in the rooms

The location is top-notch. If you opt for the Eiffel views, you will not be disappointed. Even if you don't, the location itself is very close to restaurants, bars, landmarks, the metro, and so much more. The balcony is nice, albeit not all that roomy, and the bathroom is spacious, modern-looking, and clean. The property itself is very well kept and the staff were great.

Value for the money is atrocious. The room was very small, especially for it being a deluxe that is supposed to fit up to 4 people. There was barely any room to get around the room itself. Also, no more rooftop anything. Looks like the restaurant and bar are now both on the first floor, which was a huge disappointment. It seems like there WAS some sort of bar/lounge on the roof over the summer, but it only lasted a couple of months, if that. Overall, remember that you are 100% paying for the view. And if you don't opt for the rooms that have a balcony with a view then you are in my humble opinion just wasting your money.

Great location for Eiffel tower. The front desk staff were friendly.

The room service didn’t work at all in our room. We booked 3 people for this room; however, all the facilities came for two people. We tried to call the room service by phone and someone promised to bring an extra towel to us but it never came. The next day, we left a note for the cleaning crew, mentioning that we need 3 sets of towels, but still only 2 were prepared.

We loved the view - and the overall decor of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the staff was very helpful and attentive. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower, and to delicious bistros for great food.

The soccer field that is by the hotel and directly in our view from our room, was noisy though and kept us up at night and woke us up in the morning. That would be the only complaint about the location.

Kids menu it was offered first for our son, amazing thing! The location is amazing right next to Eiffel Tower, breakfast buffet very delicious plenty of choices, romantic atmosphere, highly recommended!

The wardrobe in the room that we stayed was very small, couldn't put our jackets inside there, very small, three of us no chance. Pillows very uncomfortable but I can say here my opinion, maybe other people didn't have an issue. The rooftop restaurant we have being refused access because we didn't know about dressing code, shame as we could be informed, we wanted to have dinner while watching Eiffel Tower, one more thing before I forget, there two restaurants one is located on the same floor with reception and the other one is at the tenth floor, for both restaurants you need to book your table even if you stay there!
