A beautiful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Great location near a shopping centre, restaurant and the train station. Perfect for getting to Disneyland with the free shuttle service.

Not the hotel’s fault, but the restaurant wasn’t great. Not a great menu and lazy staff who didn’t clear plates without the manager prompting. Ordered drinks that didn’t arrive so had to ask again. However, the few meals we had there were nice. Just the service that wasn’t.

The communication from staff was fantastic. They contacted us via WhatsApp before our stay to let us know that our room was being prepared. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We stayed here for two nights between our visit to Disney and our onward journey to the South of France. The hotel location is perfect for travel to Paris with an RER train station that takes your straight into the city. The hotel is straight across from the Val D'Europe shopping centre which has a huge variety of shops. We dined in the hotel at the restaurant Le George, where the food and service were fantastic. Breakfast was also great with a lovely selection of pastries, cereals, fruits, and hot food. The rooms were clean and inviting, and the beds were very comfy! Whilst we had already visited Disney, the hotel was busy with guests who were making use of the shuttle bus to the park and back. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

This is the second time that we have stayed at L'Elysee hotel. Four star hotel located opposite large retail complex. The hotel is modern, clean and staff are all friendly and speak many languages. The Hotel has two restaurants and a bar which is reasonably priced. The breakfast at the hotel is to a very high standard and there is plenty of choice from continental to American. The rooms are very comfortable and contain a fridge, TV and hair dryer. There is a free Shuttle bus outside hotel that takes you to and from the Disney park. This runs from early in the morning to very late at night. The RER station is 1km away and very easy to get to Paris, which is a 30 minute journey.

Check in was very easy, we arrived at about 11pm and the concierge was very friendly and got us checked in really quick, it was my 40th birthday while there and when getting to my room the hotel had left a few balloons and a small box of chocolate on my bed which I thought was very thoughtful. The hotel is a great location and very close to Disney, the free shuttle was easy to get to with it being across the road from the hotel and took about 10 mins to get there, we were always able to get on it going and coming back and upon check in they give you a paper with all the times they go and come back, they can get busy after the night time show but they are very regular so if you couldn't get on one there would be another not long after but we had no issue with this. Security are on the shuttles in the evening time so travelling back to the hotel i felt more at ease.

RER Val d Europe Rail Station To Paris Downtown Near the Hotel. CDG Airport to and from the hotel take about 30 Minutes. it’s My First Time in the Hotel & it’s not the last time. ✌🏼

Room was a great size. The hotel was a good base to relax after a long couple of days at Disneyland. Conveniently placed for shopping too. Very impressive shopping centre

The only issue for me personally were the beds not being comfortable (too soft and felt like I had to fight from rolling out the bed). Some dirt on bed base. Not specific to the hotel but Metro was the challenge. Hotel conveniently located near train line but metro was just too difficult to navigate (ticket purchase & then train disembarked after 1 stop from Gare Du Nord. We ended up using Bolt both ways from Paris to Val D’Europe. Shuttles were great except for the late return from the fireworks. Queue at the stop was really long and we didn’t think there would be capacity for everyone on the last bus back so used Bolt again.

I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Disneyland Paris. It's conveniently located near the train station and just 2 km from Disneyland. The hotel offers an excellent free shuttle bus service to and from Disneyland, running until 12:40 AM, which made our trip very smooth and convenient. We had an early morning flight from CDG Airport, and getting an Uber from the hotel was quick and easy. The drive to Terminal 2B took only about 30 minutes. Good breakfast, and the rooms are spacious, especially when compared to the average room size in central Paris — a definite plus for families or those looking for extra comfort. Overall, a great experience!

Lovely hotel and really close to the val d Europe shopping centre and train station and lots of lovely restaurants. Le George restaurant in the hotel is amazing! The hotel left a really nice birthday surprise free of charge for my mums birthday including chocolates and some balloons and a little card. Free shuttle to Disney was excellent too and good times.

The room we stayed in was unfortunately not soundproof at all and it was slightly disturbing at night and in the mornings but with earplugs it would be fine and it is a lovely place to stay to allow this to ever put anyone off.

Simple access to Disneyland Paris with free shuttle bus. Excellent location just opposite to Val d’Europe shopping centre and close to the train station. Staff were very friendly and welcoming - after a long tiring day in the parks, being welcomed by the warm staff was lovely. Bathroom uses Rituals amenities. Access to refill water on each floor and in the lobby.

Would be good if there were more times for the shuttle as sometimes I wanted to leave the parks midday for lunch and return in the afternoon however the park to hotel shuttle starts up again after about 5pm.

Stayed family of three for 3 nights. Room was very nice and clean. Ordered in room birthday surprise chocolate box and cake on arrival for our 11y old daughter. The staff set it up beautifully with balloons. Great location for Disney and free bus located right outside the hotel entrance. One stop to Disney. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant two nights and it was very nice and welcoming. Special thanks to Louis our waiter, that made our tired and hungry evening good! Train station next to the hotel that takes you in one trip to Paris town. Overall fantastic family vacation.
