The check-in at the hotel was quite smooth. The guest PR representative helped us explain all the facilities. The staff was humble. Loved the buffet breakfast spread

Staff were really friendly and helpful. We had assistance for every service. The breakfast was exceptional! A lot of live stations, fruits and other fresh things to choose. Western and Indian food!

The prices shown for the restaurants or servives are without tax and service charge. The wine price (per glass) in the Italian restaurant was way to high. Even in comparison to more expensive country. Laundry service was also not cheap and not customer friendly, because you had to write and pay every piece of clothing separately. That was not convenient.

I had a truly wonderful 3-day stay at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai. Everything was perfect, from the overall quality and comfort to the impeccable attention to detail throughout the property. What stood out most was the warm and genuinely service-oriented attitude of the staff. Every interaction reflected professionalism and care. I would like to make special mention of 2 individuals who made my stay particularly memorable: Mr. Rajnish Pandey, one of the hotel managers, whose personal attention and proactive efforts at breakfast each morning ensured guests were happy and well taken care of. His genuine hospitality made a big difference to my overall experience. Mr. Deepak from the housekeeping team, who maintained my room with exceptional cleanliness and freshness. Each time I returned, it felt as though I was stepping into a brand-new space, spotless and beautifully cared for. Thank you to the entire Grand Hyatt Mumbai team for such an outstanding experience. I look forward to returning and will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai.

I know it's not fully within the control of the hotel but the immediate roads outside the hotel are terrible. Would be nice if the hotel could request to have it sorted, as it spoils the entry and exit experience of guests when roads are in such bad condition.

The staff at the front office was very courteous and practical, especially the ambitious Mr Amrit, who took the extra mile to keep us satisfied... Staff were advised to introduce welcome drinks and refreshing towels during check in, keeping in mind the high temperatures ... Front office were welcoming and adaptive to our demands....so was Sarojini from the housekeeping...kudos for that... Breakfast was good with lots of varieties, especial mention to chef Neeraj Tyagi and Sandeep...The F&B Manager Mr Dube was very welcoming and helpful.

However, since the hotel is 21 years old, the rooms demand for renovation and upgradement works... Had issues with water drainage and pressure in rooms. At times, area around rooms are quite noisy... Curtains have to properly fitted to avoid sunrays in the rooms...especially the sides

Everything was good except we had booked this hotel so that we could do a bit of swimming. However, this was not possible at the main pool area because it had been blocked off for wedding bookings. Whilst we were allocated to swimming at the residence poolside, the hotel should make it clear that the poolside is not available on their website or with booking.com.

The breakfast was excellent, but the service by the waiters was somewhat disorganized. It felt like a game of Chinese whispers each day for the four days we stayed, resulting in incorrect breakfast orders. We did speak to the duty manager, and hopefully, he will address the issue when briefing the staff..

The restaurants are nice, with good food and friendly personnel. The room is big, has coffee facilities inside the room and drinking water at your disposal. The staff is nice, majority of them. The manager of the concierge however was rude.

It is not the cleanest hotel, you can see that it is quite old and not recently renovated. Although the room was cleaned every day, there was dust, especially at the windows area. The pool does not have a bar, although they say otherwise. You need to order room service at the pool.

Breakfast spread was vast and delicious. Loved the hospitality extended by the staff. Very courteous and helpful. Although the area was full of guest but not even once we felt lack of food or service. Super impressive how they treat each of their customer with utmost care and respect. Never experienced such services at any other hotel so far. Front Office being bit exception but not bad either. Housekeeping phone was not always attended to promptly. we had to call several times to get through.

Not happy with room that we were provided as view from window was quite dull. We requested multiple times to change the room with better view but front desk couldn't help.

The location was perfect for visiting my family and friends and close to the airport. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The buffet breakfast was a real standout and customer service at breakfast was outstanding. Manmohan, Logesh and Makrand looked after us exceptionally well and were so friendly. Really made our stay!

Very minor things based on the fact that our stay was exceptional. It was a little bit confusing and long navigating between the residences and the main hotel but people were really helpful. The pool could be slightly heated in winter months.

- Top hospitality and incredible staff in every department. - Beautiful hotel, new, safe, with big rooms. - The bed was amazing. I was so burnt out I slept 12 hours my first night. - Good food at restaurants and room service. - Pool and gym is top notch. - Quiet in a loud city. - The breakfast buffett was delicious.

I wish the coffee in the restaurant wasn’t from one of those cappuccino machines. It would be nice if there was a store to buy fruit, drinks, snacks etc as there isn’t too much around.

The staffs were extremely helpful at the hotel, I have originally checked out of the hotel a couple of days ago after my business trip and left my suitcases with bell service at the hotel while I went on holiday at different cities, I returned back to Mumbai at 8:30am and my flight home was scheduled at 1:30am that evening, therefore I booked a room to stay during the day. I checked into the hotel at 9am, was told room was most likely unavailable till the official check in time at 3:00pm. So I went out to do more sight seeing during the morning and was back in the hotel by 1:30pm. I was greeted by bell service staffs at the front door to let me know not only a room has already been arranged, my luggages have also been moved into the room already so that I can start repacking for my international trip!
