Breakfast on the house was only on Saturday & Sunday. For the rest of the days, it was ala carte, Maybe because of the occupancy level. The food was very good. The number of preparations was very tasty and good. The staff was very polite and attentive.

Options for vegetarians are poor. It is an intercontinental restaurant but there could be some vegetarian or vegan customers too. As such there are very few eating joints are there. One definitely can experience piece of mind.

The location of the hotel was amazing. it has beautiful views from both the sides. The staff were quite friendly. we enjoyed our vacation and stay at the hotel.

We liked our whole vacation at waterfront shaw. We have no complaints.

The staff is really good and welcoming. The facilities were clean and hygienic. Room service was excellent.

I enjoyed my stay at the Waterfront Shaw. I had originally booked a studio but I was upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. The location is good, close to shops (although most of them were closed). The staff is very helpful. My only suggestion would be for the hotel authorities is to open atleast 1 of the dining facilities. It gets a little cumbersome to order all meals including beverages from outside shops/restaurants.

Very nice stay and friendly staff. Manish helped us more on our queries.Upgraded the room to lake view. Helped us in getting cabs back to Pune. I would really love to travel again.

restaurant is not full fledged. floors below our floor leaking. rest is all excellent and unforgettable experience. we were offered top floor apartment and it has beautiful view for friends to have good time
