Everything was excellent and well maintained the foods , staffs , workers and the driver are outstanding their behaviour their services was amazing. I'm honoured to spent my quality times at vivanta Shillong... If I ever come to Shillong again I'll definitely come Vivanta.. Thank you so much for giving this kind of services... Specially mention the names Emika , Merci , Chesil and the driver Gedion was fantastic human being and also all the staffs... Thank you so much once again

We had a lovely stay at Vivanta Meghalaya. The front desk staff was most kind and helpful. Our chauffeur was courteous and warm. We had several good meals at Mynt, including the complimentary breakfast, of which special mention must be made of the parathas. We found the staff throughout uniformly attentive. The rooms had everything one could desire.

Everything was perfect.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, room was quite cozy, bed was comfortable. Breakfast menu was quite decent. Room service was excellent. There was regular night performances at the buffet restaurant.

The shower cubicle did not have a sliding door which was a little annoying. Hand-wash was missing (there was a bar soap).

Everything is excellent and exceptional.. morning breakfast and every dish we tried was awesome. The location is just walking distance to the main shillong market. The staff are very humble and polite. We enjoyed our stay at Vivanta shillong 🙂

Excellent front office,dining and house maintenance staff. Special mention reception Daphi, Chesil, Ishika,Rioo, Hilter. Also Minaklin, Sayoo, Pynsuk of dining area. Their smiling friendly service to be remembered. That made a difference to our Shillong experience.

Location of the property and the service provided was very prompt and excellent. House keeping, room service, reception all services are excellent. Really liked it. Reception staff Verdy Lyngdoh was very helpful. Really liked his politeness.

The breakfast menu was excellent with many options, and so was the food's taste. The property was neat and clean and well maintained. Staff behavior was polite and really helpful.

Room size was small. As I was travelling with family, it was not fit for a couple with kids.

We had an amazing stay at Taj Vivanta, Shillong. The staff was wonderful. The room was clean, spacious and beautiful. The location was near the Police bazaar. We walked to the market. The check in was smooth. The check out was equally hassleless. The breakfast platter was huge. We couldn't taste everything. Overall, the experience was fantastic...

It was a great experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were polite and helpful at all times and the service provided was truly the highlight of our stay.

This little gem is in the heart of the town, walking distance from shopping and dining. The room we stayed in was spacious, house keeping was great, room service was efficient. The morning breakfast buffet is outstanding. the beauty is that all the top management and staff of the hotel are always walking around and ready to listen to your every demand/ request. That includes the General Manager, the Chef and the Concierge. The staff elevate this hotel to another level altogether - friendly, accomodating, well groomed and always attentive. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
