Thanks so much for your professional skills and patient. Perhaps it’s better to add one more staff at the gym during the class. As 17.00 is quite busy hour. - Well equipped gym (techno gym), sauna, jacuzzi, Spa (towels, locker and water will be provided) heated swimming pool, also very nice kids swimming pool area, big kids club - Delicious international breakfast - Close to TSM mall

- No complimentary pick up from train station or airport, it would be great if hotel can provide this service - please provide non smoking area to have breakfast outside

The room, the bed, accessibility. The restaurant staffs at level 3 and level 18 were friendly and helpful. Always there to assist you. They would just approach you if you needed anything else and they can bring it for you at the table.

Downside is the internet. I was there for work + holiday. There was one night i needed to be online for work, connected to the wifi but as it was unsecured network, i was not able to log in. Went to front desk to enquire about business wifi as i needed a secured network. Staff could not understood me and showed me the same way i did to connect to the wifi. It was useless and i had to find my own way to get a secured network from my handphone.

The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung is hands down one of the best and luxorious hotels we have ever encountered. Everything in the Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung meets the high standard of international quality. The quality of the materials, the colourschemes troughout the whole Hotel and in our hotelroom, the way all things have been finished so beautifully well. This Hotel is classic and yet so beatifully mixed with modern things, richness and warmth. The breakfast was great, a large variéty of asian and european food. This all leads to the maximum score i could give with pleasure. We surely would book a room in this fabulous Hotel whenever we're back in Bandung.

There are 2 things i would like to adress and that is the location of the Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung. Allthough the Hotel had it's own shoppingmall you still need a taxi or the local Grab to get to the center and other nice areas. The other thing is the staff at the breakfast. Some of the staff were just not up to the task they are supposed to do. Example, i ordered scrambled egg and gave the lady at the counter my plate with 2 toasts. After 20 minutes i just got a plate with scrambled eggs and no toasts. I just happened to see that the lady in question had forgotten my order and instead of bringing my order to my table, she just gave my order to a colleague because she was a bit shamed to bring it herself.

The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and exuded an elegant sense of class. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attentiveness throughout my stay. In particular, Miss Tania at the reception stood out with her remarkable professionalism and efficiency in accommodating our requests. I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Everything about my stay was excellent. The staff were professional and welcoming, especially Miss Tania who corresponded with us kindly and efficiently throughout my stay. The room was very clean, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. I also appreciated the generous breakfast spread and the hotel’s strategic location — perfect for a work as well as leisure trip. Highly recommended.

Off course the room ...i like the room very much, it was more than my expectation. Breakfast are delicious too, and it were too many options, that I cant take all of them :-)....just a suggestion, how if Hotel serve many options of Sundanese food for the breakfast...like "ketan panggang oncom", I like the meal very much... Unfortunately I cant tell u my experience of pool and spa, since I haven't try those facilities. But overall, I like the hotel service very much.

The parking area...its small and always full...it was quite difficult to find a proper parking space... maybe i have to use valet service next time

We had a wonderful stay, very happy that we got connecting rooms. Hotel is Conveniently located next to Trans Studio Mall, Family and kids friendly, Beautiful and spacious rooms! Pool area were kids friendly and had fun activities. Breakfast was the highlight, spoiled for choices. We look forward to breakfast every morning!

Pillows were too soft, just a little uncomfortable. Otherwise it’s perfect.

Classic style hotel which is beautifully furnished and extremely well maintained. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The food at the 18 restaurant was so good as was the service. I am very happy to have booked this hotel and would happily recommend it to anybody looking for a luxurious hotel in Bandung

Limited Western options at breakfast but this is normal in Java

The location was good as it was directly next to the Trans Studio Mall as well as the theme park. The room was big and the amenities were expected in this type of hotel.

The breakfast spread was good, really good! However, the ventilation of the breakfast area needs to be improved. Felt slightly suffocated especially when there was a big crowd (especially on the weekend) and my clothes smell of food.

Hotel room was spacious and comfortable, the facilities at the hotel (gym, spa etc) were really nice and room service was tasty, good value for money. The staff were incredibly helpful and were always friendly.

The smell on the smoking floors can be strong. Not recommended for non-smokers.
