Location Staff Breakfast

Apply way in advance for next door or closer Rooms, and even tell them we are arriving late at night, which gives them plenty of time to arrange. But we got one room at level 6 and another one on 6A. One room is 673, the very end and next to my room is construction going on the whole day for 2 days stayed ..hacking,hammering and drilling..our eardrums are falling.. Stone and debris from construction flew through the space under the door.. The bathrooms sink weeping and soaking the floor..told th staff only replacing the soaked floor towel..

There is nothing i don’t like about this hotel!

Where do I start? The staff is excellent, and the check-in process was smooth—five stars, especially since no deposit was required. The after-hours service is fantastic; we requested ice chips at midnight, and they delivered promptly. Loved it! The location is strategic, within walking distance of Thamrin, Plaza Indonesia, and Grand Indonesia. The room is spacious and clean, with great water pressure. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my stay. Highly recommended!

First night turned up, it was not the room that was booked. Plus no choice in menu.

No kettle in room no tea facilities but after a quiet word with manager managed to get a kettle put in room change of room the next night. I managed to get some English food at night time.

I like the bed, very comfy very nice to sleep on. Very thoughtful giving the customers who stayed there with utilities

Everytime i stayed, theres a problem with the ac..it keeps leaking and the showerhead. Please clean the toilet bowl, i caught smth around the ball and its blackish with dirty stuff

Location near Grand Indonesia mall and plaza Indonesia, high end malls. Just walk about 3 min. Easy to eat as there are many eateries in the malls. Check in was quick.

My room got hairs in the bathroom. Not sure about other rooms. . Also no soap in my bathroom despite telling the housekeeper it was not replenish. Breakfast was so so. You get what you paid for.

I am a fan of staying in the hotel every time I come to visit Jakarta for leisure or a business trip. For me it is accessible and convenient where you want as it was just distant to the Grand Indonesia dan Plaza Indonesia as well as many eateries below the building for those who are always craving for food.

Very affordable with good breakfast. Located inside the Thamrin city mall building just go to ground floor and u can start shopping! Location is strategic with another 2big mall nearby reacheable by walking: Grand Indonesia mall and Plaza Indonesia. Mrt station is also not so far. Recommended !

The facilities were not well maintained. AC is not working very well. Besides the lights not working well as well. However, the staff is really good handling the issues and solve the issues

Strategic place for my kids to stay as it was in the center of Jakarta while transiting from Jogjakarta to The Netherlands. Easy access for food location and other stuff as well. I did not regret of booking this Hotel. And for sure will book again for them in 2 months time when they came back to Indonesia on the transiting from The Netherlands back to Jogjakarta. The staff are friendly and they can keep the food in the chiller while they stay in the hotel. We are really happy with the service. The value of the place and breakfast is affordable. Everything. Just everything . Especially those Front office girls who worked at 25.3.24 Afternoon shift. They kindly helped me to get an International adapter since I forgot to bring my own traveling international adapter... 10 star out of 10
