The only think is one way road , you have to go around if you want to get to different places Quizás que es solo un sentido y tienes que manejar alrededor para poder regresar

It’s a clean and nice hotel, as you’re entering the hotel you can smell clean.

That the TV wasn’t working properly, after I called for the technician to fix it.

Close to consulate, friendly staff and provided amenities for my dogs! Good safe. Restaurant was reasonable and had a good dinner.

No refrigerator, no hangers, no wash cloths. No list of tv channels. Busy road with no crossings to get to restaurants nearby

No shuttle and lack of noise insolation. They promote an online concierge but don’t share the link. They are also not answering to any message send to them

Easy check in no matter the what hr you arrive

The elevators say certain weight but it’s a minimal weight allowed. Sometimes the whole family can’t take the elevator to the room we need to do it in pieces

The cleanliness and location ! it’s was about 5 minutes away from the airport. Parking included.

There wasn’t anything negative to say. other than to get back there you have to drive around

The sound proofing of the rooms . Room 120 sounds like a generator is running all night and day hard to sleep for sensitive sleepers. Asked staff about the noise they said it was the ventilation fans right under the room

A member of the staff tried to deny us airport shuttle service, which had been confirmed to us 2 days previously. Later, the driver told us that this person had already been involved in similar incidents.

Morning breakfast buffet was amazing. Service kindness and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend it.

Location was a little confusing even with Google maps.

The bed was super comfortable, the room was nice and clean. The staff was nice. There is a pool, gym, parking and is very close to the airport.

The description of the hotel said there was a transport from the hotel to the airport per request, they call a taxi for you.
