This is my second time staying, this Hotel is the place to go if you want to feel like your money is worth more, top service, great staff, top amenities and definitely made for your pleasure, the building is old but you can even notice.

I believe they were doing some paint work, and they sprayed some citrus scent, very strong, so it was all around the room and hall way, also you could feel it on the sheets. I'm sure this was a one time thing

The property was centralized to everything near by. About 15-20 minutes depending on where you go.

I stayed for 3 days at the property with my family. On day 3, my family left early to run some errands. I was at the hotel by myself. I went down stairs, and i was stopped multiple times by the staff and was asked “what room # i was staying in”. I’m not sure because i have tattoos all over or not. The first two days i was never harassed. But day 3, I felt like i was a suspect inside of the property. I went inside of the VIP lounge which i paid extra for. I was sitting down eating and a female worker came up to me and asked what my room # was.

I had been at this hotel +30 years from now and it was a great surprise to see it renovated and in great condition. Clean, comfortable, included breakfast was top. Staff was friendly. Self parking was a bit stretch but available.

It seems to have gotten away from the main dining, business and tourist attractions. You need a car of taxi to get around.

The room itself was large and well appointed. The bathroom and shower were great with excellent products. The bed linen waa excellent and very comfortable. The maid service was great. The breakfast in the Club Room and the service were superb. As was the evening cocktail hour. The front desk was attentive to our needs.

The Concierge was not always available during appointed hours.

Location is great you have everything you need at a walkable distance. Breakfast buffet is hard to find one better. Business center was a plus, is good to have a place you can use if you need to work during your trip.

We had constant issues with AC during this stay. Business center does not have personal cubicles you can lock in case you want to take a break and leave your stuff there.

Staff was great. Very friendly, polite and helpful!! It was a good location for us. The terrace gave a nice view of the city, just wish there was a couple chairs on the patio to sit outside. Bathroom was big, shower was nice and bed was nice.

I did not like was that the housekeeping person moved all my toiletries into my bag. I had them all together in 1 little spot but she had to put them in my bag. She should have just left them alone. They were not all over the place. There were a couple days they forgot to fill the towels and just had to call to have them bring us some. It is slightly dated for what I felt we paid. The desk was a little warped and carpet needed to be stretched. (Has wrinkles in it and would catch my shoes sometimes walking.)

Good location, friendly staff, clean place, staff definitely great

Working ice machines on each floor, tried 2 floors, not working, went to friendly face in the front , went to 20th floor got my ice. I could jave called them to get it though, but i wanted to walk

Everything was delicious, only it was a confusion with my order I request a green vegetables juice, and it wasn't in my in-room breakfast, other than that everything was good.

The curtain by the window it was ripped, and it was a little disappointed for the beautiful view.

Location, cleanliness, comfort, and staff cordiality

We didn’t have the time to go to the pool and enjoy all the amenities, I needed more time. But the property did not have something that I didn’t like

Friendly staff at front desk. Nice location with stores across the street and restaurants. Clean, bathroom wad large & good shower.

Cleaning lady moving my personal items around... I keep them together and neat but she had to put them all in my bag. She needed to not move them. Some furniture was a little old & warping on the ends.
