The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and it was a good value for the money. They even had free parking and good food at breakfast. The only reason I'm giving it an 8 instead of lower is because of the price.

In the room, the television and telephone were not functioning. The shower was in poor condition, despite being described as a shower cabin with hydromassage. The hydromassage features were old and not working. The minibar in the room was presented as such, but it was actually just an empty refrigerator. Bathrobes and slippers were not provided, although they were listed as amenities that should be available.

The room I have booked was supposed to have balcony and AC, but I received a room without these facilities. It was cold and we could not benefit from the facilities we needed to use (AC). Be careful if you receive another room type than you booked and please help your tourists not to return from their stay with a cold because you cannot provide them what they paid.

Good location on the main street, staff was very friendly, polite and helpful, breakfast food was quite ok, items were good, but not diversified.

Initially we got a room in the building loft. For some reason there was a pugnant mold odour. The front door was disintegrating. However, thanks to the frontdesk man we upgraded to a better room with no additional cost. P. S. :I recommend a proper check and refurbishment of the loft rooms.

Spacious apartment in close range from park, train station and restaurants. Our toddler felt at home during the stay. Lovely staff, very attentive and helpful. Simple breakfast with good selections available for all tastes.

The location is going some renovations so not all rooms are available and some things need little fixing, nothing major.

Room was nice reasonable according to price staffs were friendly.breakfast was amazing overall it was good experience for us.

We really liked to have the massage room to b also working and if all the showers heads were working it could b more nice

The very comfortable bed and the climate that made our stay better, and last but not least, the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and breakfast place made for a relaxing and pleasant stay

First of all, the shower is not fully functional, only the shower head works, and secondly, in the entrance door I had some small holes and fastened with screws. probably because someone lost the card/key

If you have the room on the side of the street, a beautiful view but a little bit noisy when you want to sleep.

They were renovate some areas in the building and was a bit dusty and noisy however we didn't stay to much in so we didn't feel it to much. The sauna was closed the all time.

We have only stayed for 1 night at this location where we had to check-in at 5 PM which is very unusual. The room was ok but it had a strange smell and the humidity was very high in the room. The breakfast is good enough, it offers lots of options and for the money paid, I would say its good enough.

maybe changing the beds and the mattreses could be a good option - our bed should have been white but it was containing lots of dark spots. using something to remove the rust stains and soap/water residue in the bathroom its a must.
