Breakfast was really not a highlight. The Hotel is big and good, all fine. The Breakfast Stuff dont know a smile, the table was dirty, the sitting area as well. Please dont look under the table ... very dirty - i was shockt. Days before i was in a other Hotel of this Group and it was a other world. Breakfast was amazing, stuff very friendly .. you dont want stopp Breakfast. Here the food was - ok, no highlight.. just something to food. no recommendation about Breakfast - again, Hotel is good! Good safe parking area, the Suite is amazing, close to golf place and night life. other Stuff in Hotel was friendly and good.

While the hotel might be slightly farther from the main sightseeing areas, Ayutthaya generally has manageable traffic. If you have a car, this shouldn't be a major concern, and the hotel's location could even be a plus for those who prefer a quieter environment.

The hotel offers a good breakfast with various foods, which they change daily (at least for my two-night stay). You can also use a washing machine to wash your clothes while staying there, but you need to bring your washing liquid (front-loading machine), which is obtainable from the closest Lotus Store.

The closest convenience store is a couple hundred metres away, which may not be that convenient. The location is not in the centre of Ayutthaya, which may not be accessible from many tourist spots. However, it should not be a deal-breaker if you are going out in the morning and returning in the evening.

Not tourist oriented. I had emailed ahead and asked for a guide. They replied: "Local guide not has revice, but the local driver tuk tuk they are know the place and history is very well, we are can call tuk tuk for your when traveling of the city" When we wanted to go sightseeing they sent us in a tuk tuk with a driver who knew no English. Managed to get to the Tourism Authority of Thailand office where they connected us with a guide who took us around after 2 hours. However it defeated the purpose of staying in Ayuttaya: to get in early before the day trippers arrive.

The hotel's location is very easy to find. The hotel is kind enough to upgrade my room to one bedroom suite. The breakfast is excellent i.e. variety of food. The hotel also has cafe where the good coffee is served.

The hotel is a little far away from the historical park. In addition, when I checked in, it looked like the hotel couldn't find my name in their system. Anyway, they upgraded my room.

Room is in good size and clean. I had a duplex unit that sleeping room is at upper level. Washing machine and kitchen are enclosed so you can wash and cook as you wanted. Welcome drink includes but only an orange juice, but it’s still good indeed. Breakfast is good. Parking is free and WiFi works well. Many golfers stay in this hotel I believe it is close to golf course.

I am an insulin dependent diabetic. I forgot my insulin in the refrigerator in my room. The maid saw the insulin, realized its importance to me, and notified the front desk. The woman at the front desk telephoned us immediately. We had driven half way to Bangkok and were unable to return to retrieve my medicine. The woman at the front desk mailed the insulin to our destination hotel. I believe she paid the postage herself. That’s excellent service.

Breakfast was superb, dinner in the restaurant whilst not cheap was next level. Highly recommend the Lobster Bisque and the Australian Fillet steak.

Only a tiny criticism WiFi could be 5g 2.4 ghz is a little dated, in the technological world we now live in speed is key.

Breakfast is very good. They have vegetarian options per my request. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Bed is very comfortable. They also provided extra pillows for me as my request.
