The hotel is beautifully presented. My room was large with a balcony seating area looking out on to the treetops and surrounding hills, very picturesque. Bed very comfortable too. The hotel staff were very friendly and ready to help with every request, even when I locked myself out of my room late at night! The breakfast was really tasty and plentiful, with both Thai and Western options. There was also a great on-site cafe with interesting coffees to try while I waited to head back to the station after check-out.

It felt lonely as a solo traveller. The complex was a bit of a ghost town after a certain time in the evening, with the pool / spa / cafe all shut by 8pm and no dedicated bar / social space to sit and relax in the evening apart from your room. But I am sure that lots of guests come for the peace and quiet and really enjoy it. There also looked to be amenities close by on the same road, so it would be possible to explore options outside the hotel, if you wanted to.

Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were really nice to us. We had dinner there for 2 nights and the food was great! Better than some famous restaurants in Khaoyai. The hotel is mostly for kids so if you don't travel with kids you may want to consider other hotels at this price range.

However, the waitresses at the restaurant were a bit confused and didn't pay enough attention to us like they didn't hand the menu to us and we needed to ask several time to finally get it. The lady at the reception desk didn't count though. She was very nice and active. And I wish there were more playground equipment.

This hotel is amazing- the location is beautifull and the room are huge with a super comfortable soft bed and beautiful bathroom. The pool area is very beautifull and the pool huge and clean (salt and clorine).

A lot of noise in the very early morning. Guy with the leaf blower startet at 6:30 every morning. Not very nice as many want to have a good sleep in the morning and not be woken up by this.

One of the most enjoyable places I have stayed. The ambiance around the hotel is relaxing and rooted in nature/fantasy. I would absolutely stay here again. The room service was tasty and delivered quickly. Hot water and air conditioning worked well.

We came here twice this year. Staff were very nice and helpful. Lots of activities for kids. Great view for taking photo. Location is quite close to many restaurants & farm & flower garden.

No diaper changing station in public area and would be great if have kids toilet in public area.

The bed was superb, comfiest pillows and bed ever! They provide a wide spread of breakfast and the place gives off a relaxing vibe, prime location to nearby attractions if you are driving :) Staff are really accommodating and the cafe at the hotel is good for photos!

Nothing. Everything fulfilled my expectations and nothing was disappointing. I requested for a quiet room and everything was peaceful.

The location was near the Khaoyai national park. We arrive to the Pak Chong train station and then hotel has managed a car to pick us up. The breakfast is great and the tour arranged by hotel was really wonderful.

The rooms are spacious. Very instagramable. Very suitable for kids . The child pool has slide which are appealing to the children. Check in is a breeze . There are welcome drinks too. The hotel compound is big too. Perfect for family trip.

The location and friendliness of the staff were pivota. I particularly enjoyed the design and facilities. I would also recommend the entire area around the hotel for restaurants and bars.

There is nothing to dislike. The place is unique.

Hotel was new, with kids-friendly facilities. Breakfast was good as well. Staff were friendly.

The pillows were lumpy & felt like they needed to be replaced.
